ASHA CEU Registry Fee: An annual ASHA CE registry fee is required to register ASHA CEUs. CE registry fees are paid by the participant directly to the ASHA National Office. The annual CE registry fee ($24 for ASHA/ NSSLHA members, $34 for nonmembers) allows registration of an unlimited number of ASHA CEUs for the calendar year. Contact the ASHA CE Division (301-897-5700) for CE fee subscription information. Self-Study Participant Instructions: Self-study continuing education participants read each Journal, answer the 1–7 ques- tions at the end of each article, and mail or fax the answer sheet located at the back of each issue. A score of 80% correct must be obtained for CEUs to be earned for the issue. CEU credits for each participant will be submitted to ASHA. To enroll in the JFD continuing education self-study pro- gram, fill out the registration form, and complete the credit card information or enclose a check or money order for $60.00 for four issues in one volume. This CEU fee is separate from the journal subscription cost. The CEU fee covers all educational administrative costs for one volume. Although all participants pay the entire annual fee, credit(s) will be submitted only for each journal issue successfully completed.
