This project includes five schools in IT,TR, PL RO, BG with students aged 7-10 years. The project isfocusing on the social esclusion issue (as regards the absence of primary competences). To obtainthis objective of Inclusion we practice new strategies and methods of teaching in cooperation andincluding at schools and during leisure activities. This application shall relate to the specific needs of the students in each school partner, on the basisof the four common aspects which have a major impact on the school success. (1– absence of socialinclusion, 2– absence of primary competences, 3 – absence of parental help; 4 – absence ofsocioeconomic needs). The analysis of needs has been applied in five schools, taking inconsideration the teachers’s view and during the application of a study on the basis of assessingthese four obstacles. A period of pre-activity has beend done, before creating this project reguardingnew strategies and finally, we've defined 5 new ones in our project. One of these methods will peapplied by each partner in the school environment, will be observed and will assess the results. These results will be discussed by all partners during the meetings and will be transferred one to theother. 5 strategies would have been applied and evaluated at the end of the period of 2 years. Inaccordance with the observation and the results of success, partners will continue to apply thesestrategies and methods in their schools.New strategies are intended to be developed for these schools to increase their ability to preventschool abandonment through a partnership based on different international best practices in eachschool. The project is trying to find ways to encourage the inclusion of pupils at risk in the activities ofthe Community and on the labor market. We practice new connections between the formal and informal education and non-formal, in order tooffer students solutions to these four problems and real opportunities for their behavior.

Purposes- promoting the inclusion of pupils excluded, of those who do not have the primary competences, therisk of school abandonment, special needs, helping to promote their integration into societyeducation and habitual.- applying new strategies to overcome the social exclusion, absence of primary competences and theabandonment of school- carrying out the new method in the field of social and emotional development of children, as part ofthe curriculum for students with special educational needs practice.- providing teachers with different methods of education and to share good practice number and theprofile of the Participants

The Comprehensive Institute of Sant'Elia a Pianisi is gathering the schools of six towns: Sant'Elia aPianisi, Pietracatella, Macchia Valfortore, Monacilioni, Gambatesa and Tufara. These small towns, not very populated and marginal from the economic point of view, have retained characteristics thatare still recognizable and have important cultural and environmental resources, but they are alsoquite isolated as regards communications, cultural exchanges and tourism. The primary concern ofthe school is to organize personalized learning paths, considering the pupil's level of evolution andpreparing all the most favourable conditions for his active and conscious participation in the activitiesof the class and the school and for reaching the training goals defined in the Curriculum at the end ofthe First cycle of education. For pupils in difficult situations there are no suitable facilities in theterritory of our six municipalities: as a consequence, our school shall provide adequate answers tothe numerous and not easy problems of users, since it is often the only, stable training agencyoperating in the area and has to meet the demands of a user base from diversified needs both from acultural and educational point of view. Here are some of our past activities and projects, classified bytopic area. Active citizenship projects: • Studying the Italian Charter - The project promotes in thestudents principles of active citizenship through the construction of a sense of legality, thedevelopment of an 'ethics of responsibility', through actions aimed at the awareness of citizens •Project “Man of the Future” - The project aims to pursue the training of the citizen and of man in allhis dimensions. The activities involve students in events and initiatives designed to promote respectfor individuals, traditions, environment Our institute is interested in promoting this project to offerstudents the opportunity to meet European peers, to stimulate their skills and their language skills, tobroaden their learning and increase their motivation to study Giovanna Cifelli (F), English teacher inPrimary school. She has been teacher for 22 years in Primary school. She has taught differentdisciplines, but mainly Italian language, English language and Maths in all the classes of the Primaryschool Alessandra Pernolino (F), Literature teacher in middle high school. Apart from teaching ItalianLiterature and language, History and Geography, Alessandra has taught Italian language courses forforeigners for a couple of years. She has organized and managed the seminar for special educationalneeds teachers at the University of Molise (Unimol), later she has taught “Special educational needslaboratory” at the same University

Please describe the motivation for your project and explain why it should be funded.

Decreasing social exclusion is the main motivation for this project. New strategies and methodsofteaching in a cooperative way will be practiced during activities for relaxing and having funinsideschools. It is been created for schools from IT, TR, PL,BG, RO . The age of the students will be between 7-10.The application is concerning the special needs of pupils refered to the necessity analized in allthepartner schools.4 issues had been discussed and analized by us, as a project group, which rappresent the reasonoflack of success in schools:1-the absence of inclusion in social world;2-the absence of primary abilities;3-the absence of the help from parents;4-the absence of socio-economic circumstancesWith the method of observation the teachers’ vision, the taking in consideration theconsultantteachers’ ideas the analysis was made by applying primary test that reveals the fourobstacles. Thefollowing conclusions are highlighted:*In Italian and Romanian schools “the first cause for failure is the absence of primary abilities, theabsence of help from parents, the absence of socio-economic needs.*in Bulgaria, the students need support for absence of parental help, because they don’t haveissuesreguarding basic skills. Number 4 obstacle is the main problem in other schools.*In Polish and Turkish schools, the most significative problems are the absence of social inclusionand primary abilities that blocks the students from reaching an academic success.Furthermore, for each school are various good practices in curriculum from the other ones. (the raledsections shows us). AFTER EVALUATION the teachers will transfer the good practices theylearnedand followed in the first step. The basic subject of this project is the 4 ostacles mentioned before. We will have reunions, developrelaxing activities, debate issues of the pupils in this project and we will also put in practicenewapproces in this period of two years. This project is made in order to obtain practical resultsandstrategies for pupils with difficult situations. As teachers we are concerned permanently tosupportour pupils reguarding problems for an optimal way of being.First we did a pre-work activity reguarding the inovative approaches and established 5 new onestobe applied in this project. One of these methods will be applied by each partner in the school, willbeobserved and evaluated reguarding outcomes. The participant students will experience theirpreworkstogether during the metting in the school that hostes them and every reuinion will providelotsof avantages also for the students and also for the teachers. When the project will be finished, willbealready applied and evaluated 5 strategies. As the results are saying, these strategies andmethodswill be used by the partners in their schools. A methodology manual will be made by thepartners thatwill include the experience, remarks, evaluations and results

How did you choose the project partners? Does your project involve schools that have neverparticipated in a Strategic Partnership? If yes, please explain how more experienced schools cansupport less experienced partners during the project.

The project was created after a work for five months. The partners know each other from previousapplications of projects, and the Romanian school to joined the group after exchanges ofcorrespondence. After defining the scope of the project, (IT) we have added other partners in thegroup (PL, BG,TR). Partners have been chosen according to their desire to work with regard to thepurpose and the theme of the project. Taking into account the reason and the needs of the schools,Ihave talked about the way in which these four problems can be overcome by means of the EUproject. They have been referred to the similarities needs. We have placed you need to searchforserious in schools. I studied (rebuild) new strategies. As a result, we reached the 5 new strategiestobe implemented in the curriculum our school. In addition, we have focused on our schools.Idiscovered good practice which are useful for each other. Each School has a different practice asregards the reasons for the students to learn.1-ITThe aim of our school to educate the students ,who are 10-14 years old, being ready for life andeducate them being useful people for country and society according to fundamental information, skills, behaviour and morality, and considering that physically, mentally, emotional, sociablegrowingprogress.2-TRInstitution is very active in all the educational fields, interpreting in a wide perspective its task on theterritory, offering many activities, collaborating with families and associations of the territory.Theschool’s role is very important in order to educate students and through them the families and thelocal community3-PL The school is trying to develop many of our students' interests by having variety of subjectclubsand extra-curricular classes. The main goal of school; to develop the individuality of studentsand tosupport their feeling good learning is very important, they try to make learning easier. Theymustcomply with the rules of public decency, culture and tolerance.

4-ROThe mission of the school is to improve the condition of people with SEN throughcommunitysensitization and awareness of disability forms and associated problems by providing themostrelevant and complete information on all aspects of disabled people. The center relies onthecooperation of all its members, encouraging and promoting the development of partnershiprelationsbetween specialists outside the school, parents, teachers, people with SEN from our countryandform Europe.5-BGThe school is in a region where unemployment and desertification is increasing, so we have a lotofstudents at risk of social exclusion. There is an increase of the phenomenon of emigrationandmigration. The school has a large experience in providing training for students within the areas which are, nevertheless, a scarce source of employment in the areas of rural tourism and gastronomy services

List of ActivitiesDo you plan to include transnational learning, teaching or training activities in your project?

Yes

Please describe the practical arrangements for the planned Learning, Teaching and Training activities. How will you select, prepare and support theparticipants, and ensure their safety?

We have five short term joint staff activity (C1, C2, C3, C4, C5) within a period of two years. The purposeof the project is to involve more studentsthan teachers. The first LTTA is designed as a common staff at the beginning of the project to re-plan theentire project, Academic Studies on thistopic and work on the subject of the school's partner countries. This is the reason for which students will fully benefit from these four activities, whichwill be the top events in the whole of the project. Due to activities, the objectives of the project will be achieved. There will be platform for students tosubmit studies, presentations and abilities. These international events will offer them a source of inspiration for skills improvement in the future. In the framework of these activities, strategies, which have been applied in the establishments, the two subjects will be charged to the participationofthe students invited. Teachers will observe the results and will apply that strategy to their school afterwards. Thus, these activities in the shorttermwill help us to develop educational programs in a manner inclusive, to create an environment more modern or contemporary, dynamic, dedicatedandprofessional within the organization and to improve the quality and relevance of the demand for learning in education. The students will preparetheskills through the development of new and innovative approaches and by supporting the dissemination of best practice. The decision of the participants who will participate in the LTTA will be carried out by the project team which will be created at the beginning of theproject. As explained in the previous section, all partners will be those who are exposed to the risk of being excluded because of the obsolete/traditional methods of teaching and learning, depending on the results of the school and the reports of the trainer. The students listed above will bethe target group who will receive the implementation of the new strategy. In accordance with the subjects LTTA of the project, they will be the casestudy.Among these students, those who show good efforts and a good mastery of the English language will be chosen for meetings of the LTTA in theirhome. Preparation and studies will be around two months. After defining the participants will take place between the meetings (including theirparents) and according to the work program and destination of the journey, all the information guidance will be offered by coordinator

Please specify each of the planned learning, teaching and training activities in the table below.
