Contents Page Production Log 1
Kianna Briggs
This is my plan for my contents page. Here I have used boxes and text boxes to allocate where information would be. The plan shows that I have used three columns with the images centred in the middle of the page and the text surrounding it.
These are the three images that I will be using on my contents page that will be centred in the middle of the page. I have opened them in Photoshop so that I can manipulate the size and align them in the way they will be on InDesign.
First I opened a blank page on Photoshop in which I will put all three images on once they have been manipulated in size.
Here I have manipulated the size of each image by using the select tool and Ctrl Alt. I then held down the shift key to keep the proportion right and simply dragged a corner to a size I want the image to be.
I have also used the crop tool in order to crop the images to an appropriate size so that when positioned
I then used the rulers in order to position the images in a straight line.
I then dragged the image onto the blank page that I opened earlier and aligned it next to the ruler.
This is once I have dragged all three images onto the blank page and aligned them next to the ruler.
On InDesign I then viewed baseline grid so that when using text, I would know where to position it.
