February 2019 Step by Step Activation Guide

Step 1: For new Ultra Activations, Log in to UltraAgents.com

Click on the Activations Tab For both Classic or Multi-Month activations, you will need to enter the 19 digit SIM card to continue

Step 2: Once SIM has been verified, you will be taken to a Personalize Your Plan page

You will see the Ultra Classic Single & Multi-Month plans displayed Enter valid zip code, select plan & language, and then press Activate to continue

Please Note: Add-Ons for Multi-Month plans (UpData, UpIntl and UpGlobe) can only be purchased after initial activation

Step 4: Enter the customers Information to continue

Step 5: Fund the activation

Instant Spiff! If a customer chooses a single month plan, you will receive the 1st month activation Spiff instantly if payment is made via authorized TSP on all activations (qualified 2nd and 3rd month spiffs will be paid to Retailer by MA via standard commission process) Full Upfront Instant Spiff on Multi-Month Plan Activations! If a customer chooses a Multi-Month plan, you will receive the full activation Spiff (1st, 2nd & 3rd month) instantly if payment is made via authorized TSP. Other RTR options are NOT available for Multi-Month plans. If a customer pays for a Multi-Month Activation with a Credit Card the 1st, 2nd and 3rd month Spiff will be paid in one payment by MA via regular schedule. (Ex: Activation performed in August would be paid in October)

Funding a Multi-Month Ultra Activation with VidaPay / T-Cetra Select the VidaPay/T-Cetra button Select the Launch VidayPay Button A window will appear - Log into your VidaPay / T-Cetra Account In this example being a $19 Multi-Month plan, $57 for 3 months. You will receive the Instant Spiff for all 3 months - $5 + $5 + $5 = $15* all upfront! (*Spiff amount varies by plan and month)

Click Submit to fund and complete the activation.

Log in to your VidaPay account

You can either select from the ‘Express Plans’ drop-down list…

OR click on Ultra Mobile and select the plan button (All the Multi-Month Plans will be displayed at the top) Select the Multi-Month Plan needed Enter & Confirm the Ultra Mobile Phone Number

Add funds to an existing account via Manage Subscriber with VidaPay / T-Cetra Manage Subscriber > Recharge > Payment Option: VidaPay / T-Cetra Select Launch VidaPay and login Plan amount will be auto-populate Click Submit to continue.

Adding funds to an existing Ultra account from your epay terminal Log in to your epay account, select Ultra Mobile/RTR. All the Multi-Month Plans will be displayed at the top.

- Select the Multi-Month Plan needed - Enter & Confirm the Ultra Mobile Phone Number - Complete transaction

Adding funds to an existing Ultra account via Manage Subscriber with epay Access the retailers account via Manage Subscriber tab on UltraAgents.com. Select Recharge, then Payment Option: epay/WebPOS Select Launch WebPOS and login using your epay username and password. The plan amount will be auto-populated Click Purchase to continue.

Funding a Multi-Month Customer for 6 months Once you’ve completed the activation flow and funded as noted above with your TSP, you can fund your customers account with a SECOND Multi-Month plan using the appropriate Multi-Month SKU via your TSP. In this example we activated a $19 Multi-Month plan and added a second 3 Month $19 SKU. Funds will be applied to customer’s account and Recharge Status will change from ‘Recharge Now’ to ‘Next Recharge Paid’ Customer can verify 6 months of service using Ultra Customer Portal (my.ultramobile.com/account/summary). Recharge status will indicate ‘Recharge Paid’.

NOTE: It is highly recommended to use the Multi-Month Plan SKU for funding the future recharge vs. Wallet. Wallet funds are open to use with Ultra-Up (Data/Roaming/International) or International call rates not covered in plan’s destinations. If used, customer will likely experience service interruption due to insufficient funds at the time of recharge. Customer would then be required to add additional funds to resume service. Wallet balance is visible under Manage Subscriber or customer portal, however “Recharge Paid” will not be indicated.

Funding a Multi-Month Ultra Activation with a Credit Card Select the Credit card button Enter the Credit card details and select Fund Now to process payment and complete the activation (Note: Multi-Month activations funded via credit card will receive all 3 months spiffs (1st, 2nd and 3rd) in one payment from their Master Agent)

Double your Residual with Auto-Recharge Retailer residual is 3%, based on the Ultra Mobile Classic activations plan following the initial activation amount. Residual is double to 6% if customer is placed on Auto-Recharge at time of activation. To apply check ‘YES’ in Enroll in Auto Recharge box during activation when using a credit card. If funded via epay, T-Cetra if IAS, access customer’s account via Manage Subscriber. Add credit card and check ‘YES’ to Enroll in Auto Recharge. NOTE: This must be performed immediately after funding the activation via TSP to receive the 6% lifetime residual

Activation History: Type of plan your customers are activated on will display in your activation history

Manage Subscriber: You can view customer plan details via Manage Subscriber: Multi-Month you will see:

• When their current month ends • When they are paid till • If next recharge is Paid

Multi-Month customers can change plans at any time, but will not take effect until the end of the 3-Month billing period UltraUp (UpData, UpIntl, Globe Unlimited, UpRoam) can be added to Multi-Month lines by selecting appropriate button under the “Subscriber Actions” section Note: UpData not available for $49 plan as the plan has Unlimited 4G LTE Data included

Ultra Classic Single to Multi-Month Plan Change Steps for customers on a Legacy (Old Ultra Plan) or current single month plan that wishes to switch to a Multi-Month plan This change request is future dated via Manage Subscriber

• Select Manage Plan • Select the desired Multi-Month

Plan Note: Legacy plan customers will be alerted that any plan changes cannot be undone

• Continue and select Start of next Billing Period

• The New plan will be future dated to start after current plan expires.

Summary of General Classic Single & Multi-Month Plan Change Rules All plan change requests can be scheduled in the portal, however the effective plan change date will follow:

• All Single-Month plans (Current or Legacy) moving onto a LOWER OR SAME MRC Current Single-Month Classic plan will need to wait till their next billing period for plan change to take effect.

• All Single-Month plans (Current or Legacy) moving to a HIGHER MRC Current Single-Month Classic Plan can either:

o Future date plan change till next billing period OR o Change Immediately. Customer will need to pay the difference between the plan MRC. The

Billing period/Renewal date DOES NOT CHANGE (The difference between the current included international calling credit and the new plan's included international calling credit will be applied to the account. If applicable, customer's data plan will be upgraded immediately. Both are good for the remainder of the billing period.)

• All Single-Month plans (Current or Legacy) moving to a Multi-Month plan will need to wait till their

next billing period for plan change to take effect.

• All Multi-Month Plan changes will need to wait till their ‘Paid -Thru’ Date to for plan change to take effect, regardless of next select plan.

Ultra Flex plans to Multi-Month Plan change Flex to Classic and vice-versa are treated as intra-ports (ports between Classic and Flex). To process, customer will need a new SIM. Activation will be processed as a ‘Port’ into Ultra Classic Multi Month. Note – If customer is the Parent in a Flex Family or an individual Flex User, they will lose any unused/remaining line credits left in their Flex Plan.
