(BY TENDERER) OF GOOD STANDING REGARDING TAX IT IS A CONDITION OF TENDER THAT 1. It is an absolute requirement that the taxes of the successful tenderer MUST be in order, or that suitable arrangements have been made with the Receiver of Revenue to satisfy them. 2.
