Matching Businesses like yours with Storytellers who care
CONTENT MATCH
As a traditional trained and freelance journalist I noticed, that more and more of the business I get is online.
On the pro side that means that there are more outlets, more possibilities to publish, more people who put content out there.
On the downside it means, that many people/publications do not want to pay (much) for content anymore.
My Challenge
Despite the ever growing platforms and possibilities for writers and content providers, just 1 in 10 authors can make a living from writing alone, a drop from 40% just a decade ago* Price drop due to content mills and mass produced
content -> Frustration Since many writers simply love to write, they still
publish great content or create personal blogs, but: they do not get paid for it the often valuable content mainly remains unnoticed
Ouch!Nobody wants to pay for my content

Who could those writers provide valuable content for?
The Question is…..
On top of having to take care of the daily workload, small business owners today have to do a lot more to promote their business than just listing their contact information in the Yellow Pages.
Lack of time Lack of assets for an in house strategic marketing
team Feeling lost in the overwhelming amount of
information about digital marketing online
Help! I need someone to promote my Business
ContentMatch strives to provide an online hub and platform where small businesses and content providers can connect easily and effectively.
The Idea
Just another idea? No Market & Many established competitors
Upworks, fiverr, etc How to differentiate? Where is the market niche? What is missing
No team No marketing experience No technical experience
Current State: Dissatisfaction
Specific target group: Connecting small businesses with writers and content providers who care about the product or service offered.
“Matching point” is a common interest/hobby. Writers: Think of the one thing you love to do, the one

Smaller, more affordable web marketing companies do not offer an ongoing relationship to build and service a strong content marketing strategy
Existing freelancer-hubs tend to be heavily online-focused, more impersonal and are not specific to a certain location
Competitors: http://www.entrepreneur.com/article/245953 Upwork – very broad, multi step Toptal: Just Developers and Designers, no
