What Will Conversion Be Like?
• Goal is to move all sites to CMS system• Recruitment sites will be first priority for
assistance• New pages, cut and paste info from current
site or clean Word doc• Old site will be archived for one year• Will be training through CETL and Web Comm
When Will This Happen?
• What we know now– Omni begins working on UNC templates in early
Sept– Omni anticipates about three months for template
coding and testing– Training will then happen for web team– Training will be scheduled for web authors– New permission forms will be submitted– Possibility of phased approach

Top level navigation means:– Sixish main categories of links– Drop downs will be level two navigation– Pages will have right side navigation for
level 3 and, in rare cases, level 4 pages
