Attendance/Tardies/Forgotten Items/Lost Items

Attendance: Each day builds on the day before. It is so important for your child to be here each day, unless of course they are sick and running a fever. Please contact our Mrs. Garrett, ASE’s amazing attendance clerk, at 281-641-3603 to report absences and reasons for absences. Tardies: When a student comes in late, he/she tends to feel overwhelmed and behind. Last year, ASE started an incentive events to help cut down on the tardies. The program was a huge success. We will continue with the program this year, having 4 “No-Tardy” events throughout the year. Students must not have a tardy during the nine week period to participate. However, one tardy can be forgiven, but must be purchased using seven I-Matter tickets they have earned. Forgotten Items: Our goal is to have students be responsible and have all necessary items

needed for the day with them when they arrive. However, in the rare case that an item is forgotten, drop it off in the front office, and the front office will deliver it to the student. NOTE: The office personnel will only be able to accommodate as their duties permit.

Lost Items: Please remember to label ALL items. A lost and found area is located near the gym in Main Street.
