You’ll find Claudelands set amongst 34 hectares of beautiful parkland and a short 10 minute walk from Hamilton’s CBD. This convenient location means easy access to the city’s accommodation facilities, as well as the thriving café and nightlife scene.

Claudelands’ linked rooms and spaces can be expanded, reduced or used in combinations – meaning spaces can be tailored to suit your exact requirements.

The conference centre is capable of hosting 1,200 or more delegates and offers 11 breakout spaces, on-site audio-visual services, ultra-fast fibre optics, award-winning catering and complimentary delegate parking. The main conference space, the Heaphy Room, can seat 900, with the option of dividing the room into three separate spaces. Standing alongside the conference centre is a further 10,000sqm of integrated indoor/outdoor exhibition space, ideal for conferences with an exhibition component.

FUNCTIONS & MEETINGS

Claudelands offers a range of spaces that are ideal for use before and after functions. These spaces are unique in design, provide fantastic views of Claudelands Park and are located within close proximity to the main conference areas.
