Since 2011, he has been collaborating with the best consulting offices in customer experience at the service of Premium and Luxury brands. He also teaches luxury marketing in manyrecognized Business Schools : HEC, INSEEC, ESG PSB Paris Business School…

University certified executive coach, he personally assists leaders and teams of management committees of many French and International firms.

After holding various marketing et strategic positions for about 15 years within companies like L’OREAL, CALVIN KLEIN, LANCASTER GROUP and LVMH, he developed a number of product lines(cosmetics, perfumes, champagne…) and implemented further more numerous marketing strategiesalong with their operational declensions.

Since 2008, he added to this first expertise a double specialization in consulting (luxury brands/premium french and international) and human Relations (training, coaching (certified coach Paris-VIII).

He is also a professor, lecturer and manager of a program of education in English in a big school of international trade.

Depuis 20O8, Olivier Lavaux décide de fonder CAPCIAL afind’accompagner les entreprises dans l’installation de leur territoire demarque, leur développement commercial et la formation des équipesde vente.

Egalement il forme des futurs cadres en intervenant auprès des écolesde commerce telles que Paris School of Business, MBA ESG où ilenseigne les bonnes pratiques du management et de la vente au seinde plusieurs cycles diplômants dont le MBA management et marketingdu luxe.
