The eDART® SystemThe eDART enables clients to monitor, stabilize, and control their injection molding processes, allowing them to improve product quality, contain abnormal parts, and securely document how every part is manufactured.

The eDART ® Data Manager (EDM)The EDM provides you with current cycle data for all machines on your network using your computer’s web browser. It can also analyze past cycle data to assist with troubleshooting and allow you to transfer jobs across machines without changing the alarm settings.

The CoPilot™ SystemThe CoPilot is the newest, simplest injection molding process control system available. Its clean, user-friendly touchscreen interface makes it easier than ever to know how processes are performing. Customizable dashboards, real-time notifications, automated part sorting, process change logs, and process audits reduce waste and simplify data collection and analysis.

The Hub®

The Hub allows injection molders and plant managers to monitor all of their CoPilot systems from a single remote access point. It provides a single, simple interface that allows users to access, support, and view all of the systems on their network from a web browser.
