ISG has studied and compared various plant options needed to recovery and purify p p p y p ythe vapor stream resulting from the loading of sour crude (containing H2S) into the sea-going vessels.Light naphtha/LPG components have been recovered by refrigeration.H2S has been removed by an adsorbent system in order to obtain an off-gas environmentally acceptable for burning as low BTU gas.

NATURAL GAS DEHYDRATION PLANT CONSULTANCY ACTIVITY : FEASIBILITY STUDY

ISG has defined and investigated the modifications requested to an existing NG dehydration plant (based on molecular sieves) for incrementing the plantdehydration plant (based on molecular sieves) for incrementing the plant throughput.By increasing inlet pressure, decreasing inlet temperature (by “recovery” streams available from other plants) and changing the adsorbent mix, the NG flowrate has been considerably increased without heavy structural changes to the existing plant.
