About Collin College’s Program Collin College’s Carpentry program is designed to align with the National Center for Construction Education and Research’s (NCCER) Level 1 and Level 2 certifications. The program also provides the opportunity to complete an Associate of Applied Science degree that is specific to the construction industry for career advancement.
