Step one>I downloaded a ‘grunge’ brush tool from brusheezy.comAnd used it as my background.

Step two >I added my album cover picture.

>I picked the select tool and drew a box around the outside of my album cover image.

>Then Picked select then inverse and then modify, feather.

>This blended the image with the background.

Step three 3>Then I simply added text

>To get the stars I used a star font from dafont.com
