1. All reservations are confirmed based on the fax from corresponding hotels. All bookings are reserved by 16:00 on the day of reservation. Bookers should show the Hotel Reservation Form (A) while check-in. If any changes after confirmation, bookers should notify the related hotel in time. 2. Dongfang Hotel requires a credit card as guarantee, or to prepay one night charge as deposit. Or else, all bookings are only reserved till 18:00 on the day of reservation. 3. Normal check-in time is 12:00am. Dongfang Hotel's check-in time is 2:00pm. If any cancellation, guests must send a notice to their hotels two days before check-in. If a guest failed to check in on the reservation day, his hotel will charge the first night and will not extend the reservation to the second night. 4. Any extension required is subject to the hotel occupancy rate of the day. 5. All above rooms can ONLY be used as guest rooms. If any guests use such rooms for any other purposes, hotels reserve rights to cancel the booking and ask the guest to leave immediately.

Warehousing Service Booking Form 4.2. Exhibition Directory

The Organizer will publish information of exhibitors on the Exhibition Directory of GIFMS 2015, in which your advertisement will be a bridge to buyers during and after the exhibition. It is a complimentary service. Please complete the Application Form for Exhibition Directory (B1) and fax it to the Organizer before May 10, 2015. Delayed return will be considered as waiving this opportunity.

4.3. Materials Distributed by Organizer

(1) The Organizer will distribute an Exhibitor Manual and the Exhibition Floor Plan to those exhibitors who have handed in down payment of booths. (2) Confirmation Letter of GIFMS 2015, Significant Notice and Dismantlement Notice will be distributed after exhibitors pay off the remaining fund for their booths. (3) Exhibitor Badges and warehousing certificates are applied on site during Arrangement Time. (4) Exhibition Directory will be distributed by the Organizer during the fair.

4.4. Exhibition Badges Issued by Organizer (1). Exhibitor ID: There will be 3 free badges given to booth sizes for 9m2 ,6 free badges will be given to booth sizes over 18㎡. Please fill in the Exhibitor ID Application Form (B2) before May 10 and fax it to the Organizer. Exhibitors can go to the office of the Organizer for their Exhibitor Badges with their Confirmation Letter of GIFMS 2015 and Significant Notice on June 9-10. (2). Warehousing Certificate: It is used to pick up goods by those exhibitors who need to use the warehousing service by the event. You have to carry Confirmation Letter of GIFMS 2015 and Payment Confirmation of Warehousing Area Charge to get your warehousing certificate at the office of the Organizer. Each exhibitor can have two warehousing certificates at most. For detailed information, please see the warehousing service part (P10).

4.5.Badges Management

(1). Everyone should access to the pavilions with an exhibition badge during the event. The exhibition badge is not allowed to transfer.

(2). It is prohibited to transfer or borrow, sell or alter exhibition badges. (3). In event of losing, you should report to your organizing committee or the Organizer (CCPIT Guangzhou) and apply for it again in time.

4.6. Value-Added Services

(1). The Organizer will offer exhibitors services to invite professional visitors and to arrange match-making meeting during the fair. If you need such services, please fill in the Information Form of Buyers Nomination (B3) to the Organizer before May 10. (Email or fax the form to Organizer is acceptable.) (2). For the convenience of exhibitors to move in items during the event, the Organizer will set up a warehouse in the pavilions for exhibition items. Please read the following rules carefully and book warehousing service in advance if necessary. Adding and removing exhibition items during the event must follow the rules written below. Please fill in Warehousing Service Booking Form to reserve the service.

4.7. On-site Warehousing Service

(B) Items Removal Time All items stored in warehouse must be removed before 18:00, June 14, 2015. Items not removed by that time will be considered as ownerless and disposed by the Organizer. Owner of these items should be responsible for any economic losses caused by it.

(C) Handling Procedures and Directions (1). Fill in the Warehousing Service Booking Form and pay for corresponding charge. (2).Exhibitor should take Payment Confirmation of Warehousing Area Charge to get your warehousing certificate at the Organizer Office. Each exhibitor can have two warehousing certificates at most. 6.1. Standard Booth Configuration of Standard Booth: Each 9m2 (3m×3m) booth has three panels (2.5m in height), one carpet, one fascia board in both Chinese and English, two spotlights, one 220V socket (not for lighting and high-power appliances such as electric pot), one table, two chairs and one trash can. (The event will not provide free booth curtain for environmental reasons, please bring your own.) In addition, those exhibitors that need other facilities should fax the completed forms attached to the main venue contractor and remit the costs to the designated account. Exhibitors may not rent the facilities not provided by the contractor. Or else, they will be at their risks for any problems arising.

6.2. Special Decoration Booth

A. Special equipment management fees: The Organizer only provides raw space to special equipment booth exhibitors.The management fee (25yuan/㎡ for single layer, 35yuan/㎡ for double layers), electricity fee and garbage clearance deposit must be paid before getting the construction badge to enter the hall. The costs of carpet and special equipment should be paid by special equipment booth exhibitors on their own.

B. Construction Deposit: Each special equipment booth construction unit must pay the garbage clearance deposit to the official contractor—CANTON FAIR EXHIBITION DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD. The standard is 5000yuan for 36㎡ or below, 10,000yuan for 37-99㎡ and 15,000yuan for over 100㎡. (The deposit include garbage clearance deposit and power box deposit. The deposit paid by cash or transfer account will be fully refunded within 30 work days if all of the special equipment and materials are removed from the venue without violating any rules and the ground is cleaned without any residual stain after the exhibition.) Decorative panels should be used to cover the handover surface between special equipment booth and the booth next to it.

C. Special equipment booth materials filing: Special equipment booth exhibitors should prepare relevant materials to be filed.

Since the design must be clear, any fax or e-mail version is not accepted, the official contractor only accepts the paper delivery. The following documents are needed for applying for special fitment (all designs and written form instructions shall be in A4 format): a) the color solid picture of the design; b) the elevation, plan and electricity diagram of the design (including detailed size and material

description); c) detailed information of the contact person and the contact method of both the reporting unit and the

construction unit (please refer to the form C6、C6-1、C6-2);

d) the copy of the business license and the ID card for the contractors.

*All the materials and forms are requested in duplicate and the deadline is May, 8th and any delay of decorating caused by deferred application is self-responsible.

Construction Certificate and Parking Pass: Accounts and their passwords will be given to those qualified contractors. Contractors should upload their information required for construction certificate (one photo and ID each) onto the website of Poly World Trade Center. Construction certificate is 15 Yuan each, and car parking pass 30 Yuan each (only allowed to park for two hours). When the time exceeds two hours, fee should be paid based on 100yuan/30min. The fee and the distribution of construction certificate and car parking pass should be in charge of the official contractor. Admission pass must be put on when entering the Exhibition Hall. Construction units should apply for construction certificates to Commercial Center, Poly World Trade Center before admission, and enter the venue for construction within the specified arrangement period with a construction certificate.

D. Special Remarks: Carpet and decoration fees for special equipment booth will be paid by exhibitors themselves.

6.3. Building Requirements of Special Decoration Booth In accordance with the Production Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Firefighting Law of the People's Republic of China and the Guangzhou Electrical Equipment Regulations, as well as the requirements of Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Firefighting Bureau concerning firefighting and electrical safety within exhibition hall and to make sure the safety of the event, all exhibitors and construction units should provide full cooperation with aspects as follows: (1) Construction should be done based on signs, lines and special equipment provided by the organizer. The aisle between booths should not be less than 3m. There should be nothing in the range of 1m in front of fire hydrant and 1.5m around fire extinguisher. Firefighting equipment must not be covered and enclosed in any form. (2) It is prohibited to use all flammable substances without fire-retardant treatment, such as grass, bamboo, rattan, wood, foam as well as flammable plastic plate, carpets, fabrics and ordinary plywood as decoration materials. If necessary, the said materials are not allowed to be used until they have fire-retardant treatment by a qualified unit designated by the municipal firefighting bureau. The report that can prove the fire-retardant treatment qualified in a test, relevant invoices and copies should be submitted to the organizer for inspection and recording. (3) The booth with wooden structure must use fire-retardant plywood and wood. Or else, all of such booths must be painted with 0.5kg fire retardant paint per square meter before use. (4) The electrical equipment installed in booth must have leakage protection switch and air circuit breaker with less than 30ma and 0.1s of spill current. (5) The wires used in booth should use AC 450V/750V (ZR, ZA, ZB, ZC, ZD or other flame-retardant model)- RVV flame retardant copper conductor PVC insulated sheath round soft wire, (ZR, ZA, ZB, ZC, ZD or other flame-retardant model)-RVVB flame retardant copper conductor PVC insulated sheathed flat-shaped soft wire, (ZR, ZA, ZB, ZC, ZD or other retardant model)-BVVB flame retardant copper conductor PVC the insulating sheath flat-shaped wire and AC 6KV (ZR, ZA, ZB, ZC, ZD or other flame-retardant model)-VV retardant copper core poly chloride insulated and sheathed power cable. (6) If (ZR, ZA, ZB, ZC, ZD, or other flame-retardant model)-BV\BVV retardant copper core PVC insulated wire is used, protective casing processing should be done. The high-power lamps should wear less than 80cm yellow wax hose, metal snakeskin hose, PVC flame retardant corrugated hose as protection. It is not allowed to use all non- standard wires such as twisted wire, aluminum conductor wire and audio cable. (7) Besides the said materials, the wires inside wooden structure and light box must have additional casing. The feeder of wires in booth and with lights must use flame retardant sealed terminals. If flame retardant open terminal is used, insulating tape should be wrapped after the feeder, which should be solid and reliable. The wires and cables through the ground of the aisle inside the venue should wear a metal conduit or trunking and protective pedal protection, as well as clear warning sign should be set for them. (8) Electrical circuits shall be provided with special protective grounding. All lighting and electrical equipment in booth should be installed on metal components. When installing and selecting metal conduits and troughs for the equipment, those metal components, conduits and troughs must have good earthing for potential jumper. The links between grounding lines and devices in different directions should not be less than two, and have a protective grounding. (9) It is prohibited to use star lights, lanterns, neon lights, sunlamps (halogen lamps) and 500W or above high power lamps in the venue or booth. (One exception is the stage lighting for performance that can be 500W or above.) (10)For ballasts and transformers of down lights, quartz lamps, fluorescent lamps and metal halide lamps in special equipment booth, it is required to use flame retardant electronic ballasts and transformers. If using inductive ballasts and transformers, you must put them into boxes made from non-combustible materials or metal separately. And fire insulation processing should be done for them. All of them should not be attached to lamps. (11) All the said electrical wires, lights and equipment should have the national compulsory 3C and firefighting certifications of the People's Republic of China, as well as clear 3C, firefighting and fire retardant signs. Or else, it is forbidden to use them.

(12)The advertising light boxes in booth should have convection cooling holes. Split ballast shall not be installed in such boxes, but must be outside them. And they must be put in such box as is made from non-combustible materials or metal separately with good heat insulation and fireproof treatment. (13)Besides the said requirements, the installation of all electrical, decoration, decorative works in the exhibition hall shall also be consistent with the existing national standards and norms as well as local regulations. (14)All the lighting fixtures of the exhibition must be installed 2.2m away from the ground. Otherwise, proper protection measures should be given to protect public safety. (15) If an exhibitor has the booth covered with a roof, the exhibitor must prepare suspension 6kg dry powder fire extinguishers (ABC), with 20m2 each. One must be configured even if the area is less than 20m2. If a booth is designed to be fully enclosed, above each door must have a luminescent evacuation sign of “Emergency Exit”. And there should be enough fire emergency lights in such a booth. (16)Special decoration booth should be less than 5m in height. It may not exceed the rent area in width or occupy the middle aisle and its space. The roof of such booth should not be covered. (17)Special decoration construction units must enter the venue to conduct decoration on time (8:30-19:00 everyday). Or else, they should pay overtime expenses to the main venue contractor (10yuan/m2/h). (18)Each special decoration booth construction unit must prepay the construction guarantee deposit to the main venue contractor before admission. The standard is 5000CNY for 36m2 or below, 10,000CNY for 37-99m2 and 15,000CNY for over 100m2. (The deposit will be fully returned within 15 days if all special equipment and materials are removed from the venue without violating any rules and the ground is cleaned without any residual stain after the exhibition.) Decorative panels should be used to cover the handover surface between special decoration booth and the booth next to it. (19)Each special decoration booth construction unit must finish the components of exhibition shelf before entering into the venue and install them during the arrangement. On the arrangement site, it is prohibited to brush or paint coatings. If any violator is found, he will receive a correction notice from the main venue contractor. If a violator having received such a notice twice or more did not make any correction, no matter how bad the situation is, the main venue contractor will levy 500yuan from the violator as cleaning fees. (20)From Nov 1, 2013, all the construction directors of construction and logistics contractors must submit the IDs registration materials to the main venue contractor 20 working days before the arrangement. The Poly World Trade Center will not assume any responsibilities if it is unable to handle IDs of construction persons on the venue due to a director failed to go through real name certification within the specified time. (21)Construction directors must submit the following materials for IDs: Effective second-generation ID cards and their copies (front and back, 2 copies each) Copies of company business license (2 copies with clear and valid annual inspection seals and company seal) Safety Guarantees of Construction/Logistics Contractor (with the signature of construction director and company seal) Power of attorney (signed by the consignor and construction director and stamped with official seals, along with two copies each of their valid IDs). The power of attorney must be signed by the legal representative of the consignor and the construction director and sealed with company seals. It will be considered the basis on which the legal representative entrusts the construction director with real name certification on behalf of the consignor. Having reviewed and approved the application materials for IDs, the main venue contractor will give the dynamic account and the password of the online ID processing system of the center to the directors, who should log on the system to input the information which the center will double check. After that, directors can go to the ID Service to finish the procedures and get the IDs. (22)Environmentally friendly carpet and double-sided cloth tape must be used for carpet laying. It is prohibited to use inferior carpet containing calcium carbonate, double-sided sponge tape, as well as other materials wh ich is difficult to remove. On the day of removal, exhibition carpet suppliers and special decoration contractor must clean their own carpet glue. (23)During the removal, all the special decoration garbage must be removed from the venue within the specified time. The garbage must not be dumped on the roads around the center, such as Xin’gang East Road, Huizhan’nansan Road and Fengpu Middle Road. If any violator is found, no matter how bad the situation is, the main venue contractor

will withhold all guarantee deposit of the violator, and send a penalty notice to the booth construction contractor within 5

days after the exhibition.

(24)A Special Decoration Booth’s Car Certificate for Arrangement and Removal only can be used by one car once. If a truck needs multiple access, it has to own corresponding enough certificates. All the certificates must not be transferred, forged or altered. Once found, his car certificate will be confiscated by the operator and the car indicated will be asked to leave the venue. Each certificate costs 20yuan which are allowed the car to park for two hours for free. When the time exceeds two hours, fine should be paid based on 100yuan/30min. The firefighting security requirements above have the same legal force as Construction Safety Control Rules, Firefighting Safety Control Rules and Electricity Use Safety Control Rules of Guangzhou Poly World Trade Center, to all the construction units. All the construction units should consciously accept and cooperate with the inspection. As to any places that are inconsistent with the rules or may cause an accident, they should take the corrective actions following the correction opinions proposed by on-site management staff. The venue has the right not to supply power to the booths failing to meet the requirements until it meets requirements after the rectification.

6.4. Arrangement and Removal Overtime Service Fee: 10CNY/m2/h (1) Overtime service should be applied by exhibitors or construction units to the main venue contractor. (2) Overtime service must be applied before 15:00. If the venue refuses such an application due to overdue reason, the exhibitor or construction unit filing the application should bear the consequences on its own. (3) The area in overtime service charge standard is based on the area of booth, 36m2 at least.

6.5. Notices for Arrangement and Removal

(1)Notices for Arrangement (June 9-10, 2015)

(a) An exhibitor who has paid all the fees should take the Confirmation Letter of Participating in the Exhibition faxed by the Organizer (with your company's seal) and the company card to the sign-in hall to get Exhibitor ID and relevant materials on June 9 - 10. (b) Exhibitors should make all kinds of preparations for arrangement as required. (c) To promote the concept of “Green Building”, the exhibition hall recommends environmentally friendly, reusable construction materials. It is prohibited to paint a large area on the site of arrangement. All the booths should be not more than 5m in height. (d) Basically, exhibition items are displayed in static way. If the on-site demonstration involves oil-fueling machinery or vehicles, an application must be filed to the operating department of the venue before the exhibition and the demonstration is not allowed without the approval. They should be checked and managed by Equipment Technology Department of the venue during the arrangement and exhibition. (e) It is prohibited to discharge sewage directly in the hall. If using water for machine, exhibitors should have their own water cycling devices. Or else, the venue will not provide water for them. (f) The settings should not damage, dismantle or change the fixed facilities of the venue. You may not nail or make a hole on the doors, windows, pillars and ground of the exhibition hall. It is prohibited to hang or stick anything on the painted walls, pillars or firefighting facilities in the exhibition hall. (g) The instructions of the hall’s working staff should be followed when in emergency.

(2) Notices for Removal (June 14, 2015)

(a) The removal time is 15:30-21:00 on June 14. Deposits will not be refunded to any exhibitor that does not clean the garbage within the specified time. (b)All the exhibition items must be verified by security guard according to the Releasing Pass of Exhibition Items before releasing. Exhibitors can get the Releasing Pass of Exhibition Items at the service of the Organizer. (c)During the removal period, exhibitor should have a dedicated person to guard the valuable articles, exhibition items or decoration materials in its booth and in charge of the dismantlement. The dismantlement should be within the booth area. It should be avoided to jam the aisles and influence the removal process of the event. It is forbidden to push the wall to the next booth, as it might cause an accident.

Notes: 1. Raw space contractor should pay the construction management fees, garbage cleaning deposit and certification fees. As for construction management fees, the exhibitors or contractors delivering drawings overdue should pay additional construction management fees. Before May 15, the standard is 25yuan/m2 (35yuan/m2 for double-layer booths). After May 15 and for on-site application, it is 35yuan/m2 (45yuan/m2 for double-layer booths). A construction certificate costs 10yuan for each. If the committee believes that the construction drawing is not in line with the rules of the event, it has the right to require the exhibitor to make alterations to it. 1. All documents must be consistent with exhibits; Photocopies of all documents must be submitted according to

the above deadlines and original documents should be arrived at Agility Fairs & Events’ Guangzhou Office no later than 15th May 2015.

2. All foods’ Importation and Quantity of Importation are subject to Customs and Quarantine’s final approval. 3. Food products’ label must clearly indicate Manufacture Date and Expiration Date, alcoholic beverages’ label

must state Production Year. 4. All alcoholic beverages imported have to pay for China import duties & taxes.; Overseas Alcoholic beverages

above 30 degree via HK must apply for HK import permit and pay for extra import taxes in HK. Age Certificate and Wine label for Whisky, Cognac, Brandy are required for import license application.

5. According to China’s State General Administration of Quality Supervision’s guideline, imports of all cattle

products are prohibited from the mad cow disease affected areas and countries. (For the list of countries and regions, please refer to the latest released information on the Administration of Quality Supervision website: http://www.aqsiq.gov.cn/qyhypd/spyl/jckspaq/)

6. Fresh meat, fruits, vegetables and grains must apply for import permits and quarantine permits. Agility Fairs &

Events has no right to apply on behalf.

7. Olive Oil - display ONLY, could not be consumed at all. When the show end, all olive oil products have to be return to origin country.

8. Chinese Customs and Quarantines will take 1-3 samples from each kind of foodstuff and wine for inspection. 9. Limited quantity of wine should under 12 bottles (750ml) per label according to Chinese Customs. 10. Taxes/duties should be paid for wine/ alcohol even for exhibition, and all wine/alcohol could be tasted or

consumed after all taxes/duties are paid. 11. There is no temperature control through the whole transportation neither in warehouse/exhibition venue. If such

service is required, additional quotation will be provided upon receive request.

Temporary Importation The Chinese Authorities permit exhibits to be imported into China on temporary import basis on approved trade shows. Temporary import is allowed for 3 months from the date of entry and must be re-exported unless duties and taxes are paid in the event of conversion to permanent import. Extension of temporary import is allowed subject to Customs’ approval. ATA Carnet is also accepted for temporary import in China. Late Arrivals A late arrival surcharge (based on basic handling rate) will be applicable if the shipment arrives after the stipulated deadlines – 30% surcharge. In the event of late arrivals, Agility Fairs & Events will make all reasonable efforts to ensure delivery before the show opens; however, no guarantee can be given. The surcharge will apply regardless of delivery date to the show site. Agility Fairs & Events also reserves the right to reject handling any cargo that arrives Hong Kong sea / airport only 7 days prior to the show opening. All additional charges incurred due to the late arrivals shall be borne by the exhibitors. Printed / Publicity Materials The Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade in China stipulates that all advertising materials (like printed matters, CDs and giveaway items) and technical information materials in all media shall be allowed display or use at the exhibition only after customs has inspected and approved the censorship clearance. Exhibitors are requested to submit samples of literatures, CDs (2 copies each) and souvenirs (2 each) to Agility Fairs & Events Guangzhou Office with a List of Exhibits (LOE). All these materials will be handed over to the Chinese Customs for inspection in advance. These materials should be arrived at Agility Fairs & Events Guangzhou Office no later than 22nd May 2015. In addition, exhibitors are advised that brochures, giveaways and souvenirs are subject to import duties as assessed by Chinese Customs which must be payable on entry. Hand-Carry Exhibits Exhibitors are strongly advised not to hand-carry goods for this exhibition as it could be detained by the Chinese Customs. Move-In Days Exhibits will be transferred to the exhibition venue during the move-in days. Representatives of Agility Fairs & Events will be available to help the exhibitors with the move-in logistics including unpacking and storage of empties as applicable. Move-Out Days Prior to the move-out days, exhibitors will be given a 'Disposal Instruction Form' to fill in based on the Commercial Invoice & Packing List given at time of entry of goods into China. Exhibitors are required to advise Agility Fairs & Events if the goods will be re-exported, sold or disposed, as applicable. During move-out days, representatives of Agility Fairs & Events will be on-site to help exhibitors with return of empty cases, repacking, re-export, etc. as applicable. In the event of non-compliance of disposal instruction, all goods left at the exhibition venue shall be subject to disposal by the Chinese Customs and all charges relating to the disposal including duties and taxes if any, shall be additional for account of the exhibitor. Re-export Re-export formality will require about 3 weeks prior to shipment re-export out of China. In the event, the exhibitor needs the goods to be re-exported urgently, please advise representative of Agility Fairs & Events on-site of your request as applicable. Fumigation Rules In China NEW WOOD PACKING MATERIAL REGULATIONS WITH EFFECTIVE FROM JANUARY 01, 2006

With effective from 1 January 2006, ALL CARGO WITH WOOD PACKING MATERIAL (WPM) to China (such as wood block cases, lath cases, wood pallets, wood frames, wood drums, wood axes, chocks, stow-wood, crossties and so on), fumigation must be arranged in the country of origin before sending the cargo to China.

Fumigation Rules In China (Cont’D) To ensure the WPM is properly treated either by Heat Treatment (HT) or Methyl Bromide (MB), following information MUST be marked or stamped on the outside packing as the below sample:

1. IPPC Logo ( ) 2. ISO country code (XX) 3. Unique number assigned to the company (which carries out the fumigation procedure) by the national plant

protection organization (000) 4. Fumigation method either HT -Heat Treatment or MB - Methyl Bromide (YY)

To support the treatment, exhibitors must also produce their own declaration on their company letterhead for customs clearance purpose. This must be attached the original master air waybill (for airfreight consignment) and enclosed along with the original bill of landing and couriered to our local office (for seafreight shipments). Controlled Items In Hong Kong / China In case the shipment contains any controlled items by Hong Kong and/or Chinese Government, we strongly recommend that the list of exhibits/ commercial invoice & packing list should be faxed or e-mailed to Agility Fairs & Events Logistics Limited for checking prior to the shipment departure from the country of origin. If required, Agility Fairs & Events Logistics Limited will apply necessary license/ permit on behalf of the exhibitors, but under no circumstances that Agility Fairs & Events Logistics Limited can guarantee such license will be granted. Hong Kong According to the Trade and Industry Department/ Customs Regulations in Hong Kong, import/ re-export license from the Hong Kong Government is required for transshipping the followings items in Hong Kong:

Controlled Items In Hong Kong / China (Cont’D) CHINA The importation of Foodstuff, Beverage, CD-Roms, Watches, Cosmetics items, and etc are subject to an import permit in China, even for exhibition purpose. Without Chinese Customs’ approval and authorization, these items cannot be distributed/ tasted/ sold and/or consumed during the exhibition.

Insurance We would like to advise that it is the responsibility of each exhibitor to arrange Marine (Transport) Insurance covering transport to the exhibition, during the exhibition, and the return of the exhibits to domicile, including the period the exhibits are handled by Agility Fairs & Events, and also ensure that Transport Insurance is arranged for exhibits sold locally. Our tariff is computed on the basis of volume and weight and has no correlation with the value of exhibits, it follows that the cost of insurance cover is not included in our charges. special services are required, it will be subject to a mutual agreement with the exhibitor and additional charges will be levied.

Above rates are based on direct MAWB/OBL consigned to us. If shipment is made through a consolidator, any

additional fees imposed by the consolidator will be billed as additional at cost to exhibitors/agents All consolidated shipments by seafreight and/or airfreight must be issued with Master Bill-of-Lading and/or Master

Airway Bill. A Consolidation Cargo Manifest must also be provided. Service Ⅲ (For local cargo) Local exhibits arriving at the venue shall be subject to the following On-Site Handling Services from arrival Exhibition Venue to delivery Booth inclusive of removal and temporary storage of empty packing cases (where applicable) at show site or vice versa.
