The Present Situation

The Business Plan draft is a realistic business plan showing a solid target market and a rosy sales forecast. Follow it exactly, execute it on-time and on budget. Success can be engineered by following the process, But the customers just don't show up... What's going on? The financial constraints of a lean start up limits the corporation from executing the basic principles and actionable tactics for building products that customers need and getting those products to market.
