The healing qualities of both journal writing and image-making are joined together in potent combination in the creation of an “Image Journal.” Part soul work, part personal narrative, the intimacy of the process encourages archetypal imagery to surface from memory and imagination. The journal reveals one’s interior mythology and its deep connection to the sacred whole. Prior participants have ignited a creative spark and unleashed new avenues of self-expression. For others, journal creation assisted in navigating a life transition, in visualizing memoir and preserving family history, and for many, it offered a gift of self-care after illness, trauma or loss.

~ Very Special attention for the art novice! ~
