The site link can be found on the Township’s website at www.clearview.ca/YouTube. Only written comments will be accepted and must be received by Tuesday, September 8 th , 2020 at 4:30 pm. The Proposal: Project No.: 2020-032 [20-B03] The subject application concerns lands municipally known as 1352 Concession 10 South and legally described as CONCESSION 11 S PT LOT 22 (Roll No: 432901000823600). The purpose of the application is to create a 49-year lease over the lands. The effect of the application is to create a lease over a 30-hectare (74 acre) area that would ensure the long-term use of the bike trail system that is utilized by Highlands Nordic. A key map has been provided showing the subject lands. A site sketch is attached illustrating the proposal. There are no associated applications.
