Congratulations to our team for the array of awards received last year. We begin the year 2015 again with exciting news as we have recently received the most prestigious award, the ‘Global Winner’ as Luxury Hideaway Resort from World Luxury Hotel Awards. HILTON WORLDWIDE GLOBAL WEEK OF SERVICE

Conrad Koh Samui announced the appointments of two management positions.

Mr. Woothigrai Mungjit, an Executive Chef, will be responsible for the entire culinary operation, including production for all outlets and catered functions. Known as Chef Woody, Woothigrai joins the Conrad Koh Samui team from one of the luxury resorts in Phuket where he held the position of director of culinary. In this role, he will be responsible for leading and directing the culinary team at all restaurants with creativity in food preparation and designing new signature menus, while ensuring that the perfection of food quality will be offering to guests. Chef Woody will work closely with others to ensure that all food and beverage meets Conrad standards and guest satisfactions. Chef Woody can be contacted at woothigrai.mungjit@conradhotels.com

Ms. Benjawan Meksakul, a Business Development Manager, will be responsible for developing Sales and Marketing strategies to drive business and sales at Conrad Koh Samui. Her hospitality career includes more than 10 years sales and marketing experience and she joins Conrad Koh Samui from Anantara Hotels & Resorts, where she held the position of Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing.
