Everything we do is focused on connecting people and community. We believe partnering with other organizations to provide services and resources is essential. Senior ServicesAssisted Living & Memory CareOur newest residential service, The HomeStead will be a specialty, home-like setting offering person centered services for seniors. Our focus will incorporate a holistic approach to wellness, social engagement, daily supports, nursing care, and dining experiences. We will be utilizing techniques and principles from the Best Friends™ Approach and the Montessori philosophy. By offering an array of support services, our goal is to assist your loved one in preserving health and independence.

Home Health ServicesOur caring team provides skilled nursing, many types of therapy, personal care and

homemaker services 24/7. We pride ourselves in serving older adults and disabled individuals with the skill of a professional and the compassion of a family member.

For the CommunityGentleBrook owns and operates an array of businesses benefiting our local community. While available to the community at large, to GentleBrook theyprovide greater significance and impact. Our businesses create community- based work and learning opportunities for the developmentally disabled individuals we serve. We invite you to stop in and stop often to any of our business locations. Your purchases go back into our programs and truly make the difference!

Front Porch Café & StoresCafé – The café has a unique farm-to-table approach that includes creating an atmosphere with a variety of uses – a quick cup of coffee or meal, a meeting place, or a relaxing stop for dessert.

Store – While the store is reminiscent of an old-time country store, all home decor items are handcrafted (including the furniture!) with loving hands by our artisans with disabilities.

GentleBrook Event Center

This unique venue is decorated in neutral tones to complement

any event theme. This modern space allows for a variety of flexible layouts and

rental options.

Miller’s Greenhouse & FarmOur greenhouse and farm program creates a unique work environment for clients with disabilities, as well as provides fresh vegetables to our café and our residential locations. It is also beneficial in supplying vegetables, herbs, plants and flowers for sale to the general public.

GentleBrook Community ComplexThe complex offers a variety of engaging activities. Offerings include:Sports Training Center – Available to teams & individuals needing indoor space to practice and train.Hartville CrossFit – Traditional CrossFit to increase your personal fitness regardless of your starting level.Rec Center – A basketball court and table games – a fun fitness space available for rental.YAC – The Young Adult Center is a new multilevel space offering a range of fun activities for ages 15+ in a safe environment during the weekends.
