Reliable HardwareMesh NetworkHundreds of reporting points at a lower operating expense, Mesh Technology creates a network within your Rail Yard. Mesh RF Sensors pass data along like a bucket brigade to an Access Point Unit (AP) with a modem to upload to servers and on-screen.

Solar-PoweredGetting a “fresh” set of batteries everyday, the Access Point Unit (AP) and MeshRF Sensors don’t require battery replacement. The system can report Day & Night with our patented power system and self-charges in direct or indirect sunlight with dual integrated solar panels.

Self-ContainedEasy to install or transfer, the Lat-Lon Connected Rail Yard is comprised of self-contained units that are highly transferable. The AP is mounted in an unobstructed location central to its MeshRF Sensors that are relatively the size of a deck of cards, with a variety of data gathering options.
