Do a “test call” before the event

Have a sign to identify your site

Use presets on your remote

Seat students appropriately

Rehearse questions in advance

Have students practice appropriate videoconferencing behaviors

activities, or create activities so that students will have background knowledge of information that will be covered, and be able to comment effectively
