    1. Gii thiu chung Ti liu ny gii thiu cc c trng k thut c bn ca cng t in t 3 pha

    DT03M-RF do Cng ty Cng ngh thng tin in lc min Trung sn xut. Cc thut ng v nh ngha s dng trong ti liu ny tun th theo cc nh ngha quy nh trong mc 3, ti liu TCVN 7589-21:2007; TCVN 7589-22:2007 v IEC 62053-21: 2003; IEC 62053-22: 2003; IEC 62053-23: 2003; IEC 62052-11: 2003.

    Sn phm c Tng cc Tiu chun o lng cht lng quyt nh ph duyt mu phng tin o s 329/Q-TC ngy 05/03/2014 vi k hiu ph duyt mu:

    1.1 Tng quan v sn phm

    Cng t in t 3 pha DT03M-RF l thit b o in nng c thit k v sn xut trn nn cng ngh o m, iu khin v truyn thng hin i. Sn phm sn xut trn dy chuyn cng ngh hin i, c kim sot cht lng bi mt quy trnh cht ch.

    Cng t DT03M-RF c c tnh v tin cy cao, dng o m in nng theo 2 chiu giao v nhn li in xoay chiu 3 pha 4 dy, t cp chnh xc 1.0 vi cng t o m trc tip DT03M10 i vi in nng tc dng theo tiu chun Vit Nam TCVN 7589-21:2007; TCVN 7589-22:2007, tiu chun quc t IEC 62053-22: 2003 v cp chnh xc 2.0 i vi in nng phn khng theo tiu chun quc t IEC 62053-23:2003. Sn phm c nhng c trng sau:

    2. Nguyn tc hot ng 2.1 S khi ca h thng

    2.2 Nguyn tc o m in nng

    Cng t hot ng trn li in 3 pha 4 dy.

    Ti mt thi im, c th c nhiu hn hai biu gi c kch hot.

    Thi gian phn chia biu gi ti thiu l 1 pht.

    Cho php nh ngha cc ngy c bit: cui tun, l dng lch, l m lch trong 10 nm ti (ty chn ci t trc).

    3.2.5 B thanh ghi Cng sut cc i (Max Demand)

    Cho php nh ngha theo b thanh ghi in nng hoc b thanh ghi biu gi ty nhu cu ca ngi s dng lp trnh.

    3.2.9 Giao tip - Truyn thng

    Cc chun truyn thng cng t h tr tch hp sn nh sau:

    Cng quang (tng thch IEC 62056).

    Cng RS232 (RS422; RS485 ty chn) cch ly. Tc truyn (30019200)bps. (tng thch IEC 62056).

    Giao tip RF: tn s 433.05 MHz / 408.925 MHz; cho php c RF trong trng hp mt in p li.

    3.2.10 Bo mt

    Cng t qun l 3 cp mt khu c, c/ghi v c/ghi/reset thanh ghi nng lng v cc thng s khc.

    3.2.12 ng h thi gian thc

    Th hin gi pht giy theo nh dng hh:mm:ss c gi tr t 00:00:00 n 23:59:59 kt thc ca mt ngy.

    Th hin ngy thng nm theo nh dng dd-mm-yy.

    Thi gian thc v lch c th ci t c v lch thi gian s t ng tnh ton cho nm nhun.

    Cnh bo khi pin sp ht.

    Pin c kh nng hot ng 10 nm trong iu kin lu kho.

    Sai s o tri thi gian ca cng t m bo yu cu theo tiu chun LVN39:2012 v LVN237:2011 v ph hp vi tiu chun IEC 62054-21

    3.2.13 Ngun pin d phng (Battery)

    Pin d phng phc v hin th LCD, c RF trong trng hp mt in li.

    Pin ny c th c thay th t bn ngoi.

    3.3 Hin th

    3.3.1 B phn hin th

    B phn hin th ca Cng t in t bng mn hnh tinh th lng LCD.

    S ch s m LCD hin th l 8 ch s, c th nh ngha hin th 57 ch s nguyn v 13 ch s thp phn. Ch s cao 12 mm, rng 6 mm, nt 1,2mm.

    Hng s pha trn ca LCD gm 6 ch s hin th m OBIS (m nh danh i lng) tng ng vi i lng c hin th.

    Hng s pha trn ca LCD gm 6 ch s hin th m OBIS (m nh danh i lng) tng ng vi i lng c hin th.

    Tt cc gi tr thanh ghi in nng u c lu vo b nh khng bay hi, s liu ny hon ton khng b mt khi mt in cung cp cho cng t.

    3.3.2 Ni dung hin th

    Ni dung hin th mc nh trong cng t. Sau khi c cp ngun, cng t s khi ng trong 2 giy, khi n nh, cng t s hin th cc thng s trong ch cun hin th t ng. Thi gian hin th gia cc thng s c mc nh l 5 giy. C th thay i nhanh cc i lng hin th bng cch nhn nt bn ngoi v.

    Ni dung hin th c cu hnh tu thuc ngi s dng. ng vi mi i lng hin th, m OBIS tng ng s c hin th dng

    4. Cc ng dng trong h thng c t ng t xa 4.1 c ch s cng t t xa bng sng v tuyn RF bng thit b cm tay

    HandHeld Unit (HHU)

    4.1.1 Gii thiu h thng

    Cng t in t DT03M-RF c chc nng c ch s cng t t xa qua sng v tuyn. Cc thng s v in nng tiu th trn cng t s c c truyn v thit b cm tay (Handheld Unit) qua giao din sng v tuyn RF. Nh th m ngi ghi ch khng cn phi vo nh khch hng hoc khng cn phi tro tr ghi ch s theo cch th cng trc y.

    pht sng v tuyn (RF) c tn s v cc iu kin k thut nm trong Quy nh v iu kin k thut v khai thc i vi thit b v tuyn in c ly ngn c s dng c iu kin theo quyt nh s 47 /2006/Q-BBCVT ngy 29/11/2006, ng thi khng gy nh hng n cc chc nng o m ca n. Cng t gi thng tin ca n khi nhn c lnh yu cu pht i t b thu thp tn hiu di ng ca ngi ghi ch s. Sau khi pht d liu, cng t lp tc chuyn ngay vo ch ch lnh c ca b thu thp tn hiu di ng, nh th gim ti a s can nhiu tn s v tuyn in ca h thng n thit b khc.

    4.2 H thng RF-SPIDER

    4.2.1 Gii thiu h thng

    H thng RF-SPIDER l h thng thu thp ch s cng t t xa hon ton t

    ng, ng dng cng ngh khng dy theo kiu mt li, s dng ng truyn sng v tuyn tm ngn (Short-Range RF). Mng li thng tin c hnh thnh t ng bi cc cng t c tch hp cng ngh RFMesh pht sng RF trong mt khu vc k cn m khng cn phi u t bt k ng truyn no khc, nhn vin ghi ch s khng cn phi n hin trng.

    Router : l thit b c th qun l, thu thp s liu ca mt s lng cng t nht nh. S liu c gi v DCU khi c yu cu. Ngoi ra cn c chc nng dng m rng vng ph sng ca DCU.

    DCU (Data Collector Unit) : l thit b chnh ca h thng qun l tt c cc cng t trong mt trm bin p. Gi d liu tt c cc cng t trong trm v server khi tin hnh thu thp xong. S dng ng truyn GPRS hoc 3G trao i d liu vi Server trung tm.

    4.2.3 Tnh nng ni bt Tnh n nh: H thng c kh nng t hnh thnh mng li thu thp d

    liu, t thay th cc nt mng b mt lin kt bng cc nt mng khc.

    4.3 H thng thu thp v qun l d liu o m MDMS

    4.3.1 Gii thiu h thng

    Vn hnh n nh vi kh nng x l ngun d liu khng l, phn mm
