How to configure your official email account on Microsoft Outlook 1. Close Microsoft Outlook (If it is open currently)

2. Go To Control Panel and open “Mail”

3. Click on “Show Profiles…” button and popup will appear

4. If you want to create a separate profile for your Exchange services (As it may be preferable for

some of the people who want to maintain multiple profile for their convenience, you can follow

procedure by clicking on “Add…” button.

5. Go to Properties




6. Click on “E-mail Accounts…”

Select Manual Setup and click on Next

7. Select “Microsoft Exchange Server or compatible service”




Click “Next”

9. 10. Type “exchange.routeget.com under server option and type your user name in below.

11. Now Click on “More Settings …” button and you will see another popup

a. Visit on General Tab and type your name.

b. Now, click on “Connection” tab




Check the checkbox “Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP”

c. Click on “Exchange Proxy Settings…” and you will see a new dialog box

i. Type “exchange.routeget.com” under connection settings as shown in picture




ii. Check the checkbox “Connect Using SSL only” as show in picture.

iii. Type msstd:exchange.routeget.com” under certificate details URL

Make sure all the settings are as shown in this picture.

And then click on “Ok” button

12. Click Apply and then Ok

13. Now click on Check Name button

14. And this time you will be asked for your user name and password

Provide your user name as routeget\<username>

Provide your password as you have already changed on first login on OWA.

In couple of seconds it will test the account and your outlook will be configured.




Configuring Routeget Exchange Account on Mobile Device 1. Go to Setting option of your mobile device and then find and select Add Email Account option

on your mobile device. Select “Exchange”/ “Microsoft Exchange”/”Exchange ActiveSync” account type. (Please remember that name can be different in different Mobile OS, present picture is for example and of iOS Mobile device)




2. Enter the information as show in below screen and proceed.
