On behalf of the Espionage Research Institute International (ERII), and its Board of Directors, it is my great privilege to welcome you to the 2017 ERII Counterespionage Conference! ERII’s conference is an annual gathering of membership to discuss industry news and events, listen to presentations by esteemed TSCM/counterespionage professionals, see demonstrations of new TSCM equipment and network with our distinguished colleagues. The Old Town Alexandria location also provides excellent dining, shopping and site seeing opportunities. We hope you enjoy the conference, and that you make the most of your time in Old Town Alexandria! This year, we have expanded the conference to a 4-day format at the request of ERII members. Conference attendees now have the ability to see each presentation throughout the 4-day conference. We thank each ERII member who has elected to give a presentation(s) at the 2017 conference! Hotel Check In / Check Out Times:

Hotel check in begins at 3 PM and you must check out by 12 PM. If you need to check in sooner, or check out later, please make arrangements at the hotel front desk. The hotel does offer baggage storage, which can also be arranged at the hotel front desk.

ERII Conference Badge:

Badges will be available at the registration table outside of Mason Room A/B (on the 2nd floor) beginning at 7:00 am on Thursday, August 17, 2017. Be sure to wear your ERII Conference badge when attending daily conference sessions and the Friday evening reception.

Breakfast:

Hotel guests can enjoy a made-to-order breakfast in the hotel lobby (on the 1st floor) from 6:00 - 9:30 AM on weekdays. Breakfast is served from 7:00 - 10:30 AM on the weekends. Breakfast includes hot and cold items such as eggs, signature custom omelets, pancakes, cereal, fruit and pastries.

Food & Beverages:

Snacks and beverages will be provided directly outside of Mason Room A/B (on the 2nd floor) during conference breaks. Lunch will also be served directly outside of Mason A/B on Thursday (8/17/17), Friday (8/18/2017) and Saturday (8/19/2017).
