How to RegisterRegister by April 4, 2013, to qualify for early-bird registration. If you do not receive your badge before departure, you may pick it up on-site at registration (Hall A).
Advance Registration DeadlineAll advance registrations must be received by midnight (Pacific Time) May 12, 2013. Reg-istration must be completed on-site after this deadline. On-site registration opens at 7:30A, May 18, 2013. Please allow an hour for on-site registration.
CancellationsCancellations must be received in writing by April 18, 2013, to qualify for a refund. A $75 cancellation fee will be deducted. Please allow four to six weeks for processing.
NEW—Sunrise Sessions and Patient Safety Summit ReservationsReservation requests for NTI special sessions with limited seating, including Sunrise Sessions and the Patient Safety Summit, will be handled through a new online system at www.aacn .org/nti, available in February. Preconferences and the Certification Celebration Dinner (which include additional fees) will continue to be purchased through NTI registration. Registrants will receive an email when the system is available.
