This survey was conducted at the request of Transnet National Ports Authority - port of Richards Bay. Seabreeze Maritime Consultants have conducted the survey and provide the report on an entirely ’without prejudice’ and ‘without liability’ basis of Seabreeze Maritime Consultants or for any Party for whom that we act.
The harbor tug“ UZAVOLO“ was surveyed in the presence of a representative from the Marine Management in the port of port of Richards Bay. No operational staff were present or available at the time of the survey.

UZAVOLO is the zulu name for - The Fiery-Necked Nightjar (Caprimulgus pec-toralis) is a species of night-jar in the family Caprimulgi-dae, which occurs in Africa south of the equator. Its dis-tinctive and frequently ut-tered call is rendered as ‘good-lord-deliver-us'.

DEFINITION OF CONDITION:
It is to be clearly understood that the conditions and/or states of items reported upon
herein below are strictly the opinion of the undersigned and that opinion fairly reflects the
findings made during the course of this survey. All statements of condition are made in
comparison with new condition.
New: Negligible, if any, apparent wear and tear. No reduction in opera-
tional efficiency. Fully operational and well maintained.
Good: Used condition reflecting some minor wear and tear. Original
strength and/or operating efficiency appear to be as new. Coatings,
if any, are intact and appear nearly new. No maintenance needed.
Satisfactory: Minor wear and tear and/or other deficiencies present. Original
strength and operating efficiency do not appear significantly com-
promised. Coatings are mostly intact with no appreciable rust scale,
or pitting. Some minor maintenance may be appropriate.
Poor: Moderate to heavy wear and tear such that it appears the adequacy
of strength and/or operational efficiency may be reduced and/or oth-
erwise in doubt. Coatings, if any, may be failing, or have failed.
Rust and/or minor pitting of platings and structural members is
present. Major maintenance or repair is needed.
Unsatisfactory: Heavy wear and tear or other significant deficiencies present.
Strength and/or operational efficiency significantly reduced, or seri-
ously in doubt. Immediate repair or renewal is necessary to rein-
state serviceability.

opinion of the attending surveyor, as hereinafter qualified, that the vessel was in general-
ly satisfactory condition on 03 July 2017, subject to the exceptions set forth herein.
This survey has been made without making removals or opening up to expose compo-
nents normally concealed, gaugings or radiography of structures, testing or trying out of
machinery and equipment, and is subject to any conditions which would have been re-
vealed if such procedures had been accomplished.
We have made no investigation of the vessel ownership or title, nor have we taken into
consideration any encumbrances, which may be against it.
