It is formulated to provide excellent chemical, abrasion and impact resistance for use on commercial and light industrial concrete floors. For best results apply POR-15® Concrete Floor Armor® LV over POR-15® Concrete Primer Sealer. POR-15® Concrete Floor Armor® LV provides a durable easy to clean, chemical resistant coating. Product DescriptionPOR-15® Concrete Floor Armor® LV is a 2-part epoxy floor coating for use on concrete surfaces. It offers durability with the convenience of a low VOC water-based formula.

For best results, prep untreated concrete surfaces with POR-15® Concrete Primer Sealer and topcoat with POR-15® Concrete Clear Coat LV.

Coverage Coverage per Gallon: 220 - 320 Sq. Ft. (Coverage is affected by surface texture and porosity. Be sure to estimate the right amount of paint for the job. This will ensure color uniformity and minimize the disposal of excess paint.)

Dry TimeAt 77°F the mixture dries to the TOUCH in 1–2 Hours; you can RECOAT in 3–5 Hours and fully CURES for normal use in 3–5 Days. High humidity and cool temperatures will result in longer dry, recoat, and cure times.

Pot Life Approximately 30-45 minutes at 77ºF

Product mixing This container cannot be used alone and must be mixed with Part B before use. POR-15® Concrete Floor Armor® LV is a two component system that must be mixed prior to use. Pour the entire container of (Part B) into this container of Part A. Using an agitator, jiffy mixer or stir stick, mix slowly for 2 minutes to ensure proper mixing. For smaller amounts MIX 3 PARTS “A” WITH 1 PART “B”.

Application BRUSH: Brush application should be carried out using even brush strokes. The product should not be over brushed, which may lead to lower than desired coating thickness. ROLLER: The product should be spread evenly over the surface to give a uniform film thickness. Periodic thickness check should be made to ensure that the correct uniform thickness is achieved. For best results on horizontal surfaces, pour the entire mixture evenly onto the surface as soon as possible after mixing. Use a 3/8” or 1/4” nap roller or squeegee to spread mixture over the surface, back rolling the area to be coated. Clean tools with soap and water before curing begins. For skin protection wear protective clothing impervious to ingredients listed. For eye protection wear safety glasses with side shields or splash-proof goggles. To increase skid resistance, stir in an approved non-skid additive into your A & B mixture.

Safety Consult material safety data sheet. Avoid contact with skin. Some individuals may be allergic to epoxy resin. Protective gloves and clothing are recommended.

Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling the contents may be harmful or fatal.

Do not breathe vapor or spray mist. Ensure fresh air entry during application and drying. Open windows and doors or use other means to ensure fresh air entry during application and drying. If you experience eye watering, headache or dizziness or if air monitoring demonstrates vapor/mist levels are above applicable limits, wear an appropriate, properly fitted respirator (NIOSH approved) during and after application. Follow respirator manufacturer’s direction for respirator use.

Keep container tightly closed when not in use. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flame, hot surfaces or other ignition sources. Do Not Smoke. Use only non-sparking tools and take precautionary measures against static discharge. Prevent build-up of vapors by opening all windows and doors to achieve cross-ventilation. In case of fire, use CO2, dry chemical or foam to extinguish.

Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Do not get in eyes, on skin or clothing. Wash thoroughly after handling.

First Aid: IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth thoroughly. DO NOT induce vomiting; immediately call Poison Control Center and have label available. FOR SKIN CONTACT: Wash thoroughly with soap and water, Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Get medical attention immediately. Wash clothing before reuse. FOR EYE CONTACT: Flush eyes immediately with plenty of fresh water. Remove contact lenses. Continue eye flushing with water for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention immediately. FOR INHALATION: If you experience difficulty breathing, leave area to obtain fresh air. If continued breathing difficulty is experienced, get medical attention immediately.

If spilled, contain spilled material and remove with inert absorbent. Dispose of contaminated absorbent, container and unused contents in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.

Transport and Store Upright Only and never in an area of sun or heat exposure. Store in cool and well ventilated area. Protect from freezing.

Before opening container, read all warning labels. Follow all precautions.
