The World of Leading Golf Concierge Services.

The Concierge Services cover everything World of Leading Golf does for the members of World of Leading Golf member clubs. It is an exclusive service for that target audience only and therefore a very special treat your club members will appreciate.

Access to the Concierge Services is provided mainly via an online platform, which allows the direct booking of tee times at member clubs and offers some of the most exclusive golf breaks and special-event travel packages on the market for your members to enjoy.

As owners of a World of Leading Golf membership card, golfers may also benefit from VIP treatment, welcome gifts and/or special package offers directly, when visiting a World of

Leading Golf member club.

Through jointly offering the best there is in golf and entertainment – be it sportive, cultural or culinary – we endeavor to increase sales and improve the ROI of any participating member club.

General structure of offers

Offers on the World of Leading Golf Concierge Services online paltform are organised in three categories:

‘Member for a day’-tee times where golfers enjoy exclusive extras like complimentary refreshments and/or accessories, access to members-only club areas, transport services and much more depending on the club they visit.

Participating WLG member clubs may define their own inidivdual tee time packages, but must ensure, that it is something uncomparable to what they normally offer.

3-4 days member‘s golfbreaks including greenfees, luxury accom-modations and eventful add-ons.

In order to differentiate this kind of offer from regular bids, clubs are proposed to integrate entertaining, culinary or cultural experiences typical for the venue and/or region.

Golf and cultural entertainment as part of tours & tournaments offered by one or more cooperating WLG member clubs as well as golf-relevant happenings hosted by World of Leading Golf itself uch as the World Cup Series.

Starting 2017, World of Leading Golf began engaging member clubs and their golfing members in an unmatchable tournament series on a leading level.

Member clubs participating in the Concierge Services concept have the option to serve as one of the hosting venues of this tournament series, offering the players a non-pareil experience including local culinary specialties and unique entertainment.

In 2017, four clubs present the inaugural series. When fully de-veloped, the ‘must play’ tournament events should take place at 12 - 18 World of Leading Golf member clubs

Targets and prerequisites

As host, the respective club will: Organise the tournament Supply accommodations, refreshments, dining Provide evening entertainment with a local flair to make it a unique experience Organise a club team of at least four members to partici-pate in one or more of the tournaments (home club + any other host venue of the World of Leading Golf World Cup Series)

The event invitations for tournaments of the World of Leading Golf World Cup Series are prepared by WLG. They are distributed by the association as well as the respective member club. Of course, each tournament offer is also posted on the WLG Concierge Services platform.

MAKING THE MOST OF MEMBERSHIPTournament format

36 holes event played in stableford format Teams of 4 players Minimum age 18 years old Handicap limited to 24/Men and 36/Women Prizes for the 5 top teams + special individual prizes

Registration of teams

A maximum of 18 teams will play each tournament Registration will be done directly via WLG Concierge Services Each player or full team will fulfill the corresponding fees individually via WLG

Tournament package

The member golfers participation fee per tour-nament includes: Hotel accommodation Greenfees (including optional practice day) Gala/prize giving dinner Welcome pack Minimum of one special local activity Halfway house snack service An additional welcome package may be provided by a WLG brand partner and/or sponsor. Clubs may add any kind of special treat they think appropriate.

The hosts of the WLG World Cup Series 2017 are:

• First round results.

• Relaxing/Pool.

• 18:00 Boat trip on Ria Formosa with dinner in the local restaurant St. Luzia

• Registration & practice from 11am

• Shot gun start at 1 pm

• Dinner in a pit garage at Yas Marina Circuit (host to the Abu Dhabi F1) from 7 pm

• Taxi service available from Yas Viceroy to Yas Links on request

• 3 days of golf : Greenfee with buggy, pic-nic and Buggy bar on service during the round

• Welcome drink at Hole 4 in Golf Costa Adeje with golf entertain-ment and amusement activities

• Gala Dinner at Punta del Lomo (a very special location in a banana plantation) with live music

• Gala Dinner at Hotel Villa Maria

When having agreed to participate in the World of Leading Golf Con-cierge Services concept, you will be asked to do the following

Provide pictures, copies and tee time or travel offer descriptions (please see the data collection folder for details)

Supply us with a list of names to produce a World of Leading Golf membership card for every one of your members.

The personal membership cards will be sent to you accompanied by a leaflet explaining the concept to your members as well as an attractive display to announce the new service.

Upon receiving their World of Leading Golf membership card, your club members can use the corresponding ID number to register for the Concierge Services on the internet platform to from then on have access to all the VIP tee times and travel options offered there.
