Concession ServiceAppropriate operation of concession outlets will occur during all public show hours, starting ½ hour before doors open to the Event. Centerplate reserves the right to determine which carts/outlets are open for business and hours of operation pending the flow of business.

For additional private event concession carts/fixed outlets, a minimum guarantee in sales is required per cart/outlet. Concession minimums noted per each cart menu. Maximum of two hot carts, based on availability, per function, based on equipment and power requirements. Exhibit Hall concessions only available in Convention Center Exhibit Hall space.
