Welcome to Willowbrook:

THE VISIONSince opening its doors in 1979, Willowbrook has consistently achieved recognition for its memorable shopping experience and community embracement. With the Fraser Valley population growing, a long history of successful retailers, and a region that is ready for a bigger and better shopping experience, some exciting changes are on the horizon.

Willowbrook is RENOVATING and EXPANDING! – being designed for a Beautiful Life.

The Project will be a vibrant, sustainable lifestyle-oriented retail expansion that will be seamlessly linked to the newly renovated and expanded Willowbrook Shopping Centre, embracing the true west coast lifestyle.

Along with an extensive range of retail, restaurants and services, there are many unique features of the Willowbrook Expansion:

Work is Underway!

Phase 1 - Toys R Us and Sport Chek have been relocated into exciting, larger format stores on the southwest side of the shopping centre adjacent to Fraser Highway. These retail champions have brought their “A” game, creating a new energy at this location, combined with a dramatic new glass entrance that showcases the upcoming renovations west coast aesthetic. With these store relocations complete, we are now poised to undertake the lifestyle expansion projects and continue with the interior mall upgrades.
