SCAD ACCESS PROJECT Cooperative Learning Circles Concept Note on Formation of Cooperative Learning Circle The Cooperative Learning Circles (CLC), lead by Student Academic Initiative Leaders (SAIL), are formed as per the suggestions made by our students. The SAIL have agreed to take the responsibility of Motivating, Guiding and Coaching the fellow students who are having backlogs in clearing subjects in previous examinations or who feel the subjects in current semester (based on IT 1) is not easily understandable. They can select students as per their choice. Each CLC may have a Faculty Advisor to guide them and report to HoDs on progress. The SAILs are expected to motivate the students in their CLC to study particular areas, as per class happenings, and clear their doubts on a daily basis. The SAIL will be posting the progress of their CLC every Sunday evening at 5.00 PM through a wiki-posting. Every CLC will be provided with a separate SCAD-wiki account and training on using that. Students can also post their doubts through their CLC-SCAD_wiki account and get it cleared. Format for formation of individual CLC is given separate. A summary format is given below. The Principals and all officials are informed that they can form as many CLCs as required for individual classes. S. No .
