“Binalot sa Dahon”(The Concept Paper)

Introduction

In the Philippines, rice is our staple food. Each family prepare cooked rice in every meal to satisfy hunger. As we are now in the time of economic crisis and the price of rice soars high, every family have to limit their expenses in other needs but not in buying rice.

ObjectivesAs the price of rice is higher

nowadays, and not all the families can afford to buy the best quality rice in the market, I am aiming to have a business that will bring out the best taste of cooked rice. Although not everybody in the community have the capacity to provide the best for their family during meal time, at least they could satisfy their hunger from the product that I could offer to them that will give them the best satisfaction in eating cooked rice.

How could it be? In our province, especially in the farm area, we have plenty of banana plants there. My concept is to have cooked rice with pandan leaves and wrapped in the banana leaves to have the most delicious smell and taste better although the quality of rice cooked is of the lowest price in the market. I will call my product as “Binalot sa Dahon” which the consumer will be much satisfied with the taste and smell of it.

Every business people aim is to make a better profit out of their sales that’s why I also make an innovation out of cooked rice to earn some profit despite the high price of rice in the market.

RationaleIs it possible to determine

whether the cooked rice in our dining table is the lowest price in the market as it smells good and taste better at an affordable price per wrapper?

If I could bring out the best in our staple food as I have choice to make as I am a young entrepreneur, why I have to expense more for the higher cost of rice?“Binalot sa Dahon” is my product and I am the only entrepreneur having this kind of cooked rice in town, and I could sell it an affordable price to all kinds of consumers in the area.

As I am a consumer concerned young entrepreneur, I will assure each of my customer for offering them the best cooked rice in town for maintaining the aroma and delicious taste of my “Binalot sa Dahon”.

Recommendations

Therefore I recommend my “Binalot sa Dahon” to all the consumers to better satisfy their hunger. Because my cooked rice is at an affordable price, every consumer can have it in their every meal.
