Problem: Real World Connections are at Stake

Students are having a harder time making real world connections from the information they gain in college because they are:Memorizing questions vs solving problems

Finding answers vs finding solutions

Lacking good study habits

Underlying Magic

The app makes the player feel like they are gaming, not studying, and when a player is gaming they become better versions of themselves, where in the game the risk is low and the reward is high.

If the gamer fails, there are no real life consequences and in the game they get another chance. This translates into real life higher self-confidence on what they have learned from the game.

How it worksIn grade school, the bottom two tiers of the Blooms Taxonomy pyramid (see above slide) are emphasized. However, in college they are quickly skimmed over and the top of the pyramid is emphasized. Concept cram helps cover the bottom of the pyramid so professors don’t have to. The game starts the gamer off with base knowledge and moves on once you’ve mastered that level, etc. until the gamer advances to the top of the pyramid and “graduates”.

Concept Cram will target college students who are looking to take their certification exam or any other standardized exam needed for their schooling.

Our internal target will consist of exam writing agencies; to partner with them in order to obtain questions needed for the game.

Market Barriers are low, it’s easy to get in but the trick is to STAY. With the cyclical change in students each year and the current generations affection to gaming our market will always be getting a new wave of consumers.
