Sponsoring COMPUTEX 2016Quali�cationsAll COMPUTEX 2016 exhibitors may apply to be a sponsor. Non-exhibitors are restricted to certain items.

Application deadlineCOMPUTEX accepts applications from November 23rd, 2015 to March 31st, 2016 or when availabilities sold out before then.

Applications are based on a �rst-come-�rst-serve basis according to the date and time e-mail received. If applications for the same sponsorship are received at the same time, the previous year’s sponsor or theexhibitor with large booth space shall have priority. The same exhibitor may apply for up to 5 sponsorships at the Nangang Exhibition Hall; this restriction doesnot apply to the other venues. The organizer retains the rights to the �nal decision and distribution.

The prices listed in the sponsor manual are before tax and valued in TWD. The organizer will notify the accepted sponsors via e-mail. The accepted sponsors shall make a deposit payment of 30% of the listed sponsorship price within 5 working days of the noti�cation. The remaining balance shall be paid in full within 20 days of the noti�cation. Overdue payment or failure to pay will be viewed as giving up of the sponsorship, and the sponsorship will be released. Any payment made will beforfeited.

Sponsoring exhibitors shall submit their designs for approval to the organizer no later than April 8th, 2016 (Please save only 1 design per disc). File specs: Photoshop �les with 300dpi or higher. The print out size must comply with the advertisement speci�cations.In consideration of safety, image and consistency in exhibition quality, the production and construction of sponsoring exhibitors’ designs will be carried out by the organizers’ af�liated contractor. Please abide by the venues’ regulations on construction while constructing the sponsors’ ads. In the event of damage to equipment, the organizer may request for the cost of repairing the damaged equipment from the sponsoring exhibitors. The organizer retains the right to make changes to any sponsor ads.If the organizer cancels a sponsor ad before its production, the sponsoring exhibitor shall receive a full refund for the ad and waives the right to request for any compensation.

Introduction

Media Center is the first place for world reporters to set foot in and the only place where they stay for hours to write news and take a break. Media Center is dedicated only to media friends and opens the day before the show starts. It's the best place to market company image to the press.
