• Get forms for STLCC logon IDs from Angela for those needing to access a STLCC server vs. Conf Room
WIFI. Pre-complete if possible before conference or at the very beginning.
• Provide Power extension cords/outlets to audience for chargers
• Panel participants could not see materials directly behind them on the screen, consider moving to angled
position at front.
• Test Conf Room and STLC WIFI for Macs, Pads, etc.. several folks had connectivity problems with their
devices which we don’t have at STLCC for testing.
• Pretest any Skype participants (as I did this time).
• Acquire a Premium Skype license to allow small group of Skype users and full video during sessions
• Use a laptop and our STLCC network for Skype vs. Danforth PC/network which is minimal on bandwidth,
unstable at times, and not within our ability to fix.
• Get VGA and audio connectors to various PCs, Mac, Pads for lectern. We only got one presenters Mac to
work because she brought along the Mac to VGA connector.
• Potential use of multiple cameras for Skype focused on: lectern, panel, audience
• Investigate portable wireless microphones; test feedback issues with conf room amped system.
