Predicted Salary after Graduate School: Chicago: $71,100
San Francisco: $93,700
Cost of Graduate School (2 yrs MBA): Stanford University - $185,054
Attending graduate school at Stanford University could lead to improved networking and eventually better employment. The graduate school has a very strong recruiting program that could really help stimulate a career.
A graduate degree is not necessary for employment but could potentially lead to higher paid roles later in life.

Conclusion
After lots of research, I would choose to live in Chicago because I like the area. In addition, the net disposable income is not significantly more in San Francisco. Finally, I would not choose to go to graduate school immediately after undergraduate college because there are not enough imminent benefits.
