Submittal archive
E 7. Unless the data is automatically maintained in a Common Data Environment, the Project Time
Manager shall archive each submittal of the database of Progress Records with a unique file
name including its Data Date and shall make and maintain a log of submittals including but
not limited to the following data fields
i. The Identity of the party making the submittal
ii. The date of the submittal
iii. The file name of the submittal
iv. The location of the archive of the submittal
v. The Data Date of the submittal
vi. The size of the submittal in bytes
vii. The number of records in the submittal
viii. The ID of the latest record.
ix. The date of entry of the latest record.
x. Whether accepted, rejected, or conditionally accepted
xi. The date of decision on the submittal
xii. The file name of the decision
xiii. If conditionally accepted, the date of compliance with the conditions.
xiv. The location of the archive of the decision
