Specifications: 01. Drum chipper Type: BX216 Power: 55 Kw Price: USD 14500 Including belt feeder,chipper,discharge belt conveyor etc. Specs.: The feeder is belt conveyor type that push the raw material into the

chipping machine.The length is 4 meters. The feeder does not need ground base to be installed.The support legs will make it stable running.The manufacture material is carbon steel with four layers painting.There will not be stain in ten years,The quality of the belt is high and its life will be as long as the feeder itself. Regarding the chipper,knife number is 2;inlet dimentions is 180×500mm.Max diameter of feeded wood logs is 120 mm;length of finished product is 22mm. Discharge belt conveyor is also feeder for hammer mill.There is megnet device to separate potential metal material.

Specs.: It is specific pulverizer for wood chips.The pulverizing room is designed to be wide for wood’s crushing; The big feed opening is on the side to be connected with belt feeder; After well balanced,the running is very stable; The special connection of coupling makes it less vibration and easier to be installed. The shell of the dust collector is made of 3mm thick steel plate.Two layers’ anti-rust material.The painting is chu yellow colour.The wall plate adoptes folding handle to reduce dead angle.So the residual material will be less. The equipment resistence is 60-120 mmHg.Removal efficiency is more than 99.5%.Modified venturi reduce the frictional loss between filter bag and venturi.The life of filter bag has increased 20%. 09. Fan Type: 4-72-6 Power: 11.5 Kw Price: USD 1620 Specs.: Centrifugal Fan is the power equipment of pneumatic conveying device. It absorbs air which is from the air suction port to cause negative pressure to transport the materials. Usually, the feeding factory uses low and medium pressure fan.When fan works, the motor will drive the impellers of fan to rotate with high speed. Air will enter into the flow path which is among the impellers and flow to four sides under the function of centrifugal power. The air will accumulate in the shell and discharge from wind outlet. At the same time, the central part of impellers will form low pressure area. The outside air will continuously enter into the fan which will fill up the air discharge through flow path under the difference of inside and outside pressure. The air receives power from the impellers rotation to transport the materials. The series of fan consist of two parts: One indicates the 10 times of total pressure for fan. The other indicates the rotation speed of fan. Normally, If the specific speed is more than 60, it will be low pressure fan. If the specific speed is among 30 to 60, it will be medium pressure fan.
