Complete Concussion Management™ Baseline Testing Registration Instructions

Your team or sports organization is undergoing baseline concussion assessment through Complete Concussion Management™ this season at SEMI (Sports & Exercise Medicine Institute). If this is your first time being tested through Complete Concussion Management, please complete the following registration instructions prior to your baseline testing appointment. If you have registered in previous years, simply bring your account number or plastic Concussion ID Card with you to your appointment. Registration Instructions:

1. Visit: network.completeconcussions.com/register

2. Follow steps and enter all information that you can

3. Upon successful registration, you will receive an account number, store this number in a safe place and bring it with you to your appointment

4. At your assigned time, attend your assigned clinic to complete your baseline concussion test!

Baseline concussion testing is a very important step that must be taken prior to engaging in any high-risk sport. This testing consists of various tests of function (i.e., balance, reaction time, vision, memory, concentration, etc.) that could become impaired following a concussion injury. The results of your baseline test are utilized should you become injured in order to aid in proper diagnosis as well as to determine when you have fully recovered from your concussion and are now safe to return to your sport.
