I The following are the Rules and Regulations of Avondale Springs ~t Wallingford

Condominium Association taken from the Declaration of Condominium:

1. A Unit 0vJner who ihtehds to lease a unitmust forwarda copy of theproposed lease to the Executive Board at least two (2)weeks prior to theanticipated date of occupancy of the Lessee. 4. Any violation of the community's Rules and Regulations by a L8~se.e, orthe unit's occupants, will result in a tine being assessed against the UnItOwner, not the Lessee, in accordance withthe Rules EnforcementProcedure as adopted by the Executive Board. .

A Unit Owner's non-compliance with this Regulation, e.g. not'submitting a.copy of any proposed lease to the Executive Board (WOweeks prior to the,occupancy by Lessee, will result in the a.sse8sment of a $25.00 rulesviolation assessment. An additional fine of $5.00 per day will be assessed'for each day that a Lease is not received after notice,' or the' violationcontinues.
