Personal invitation Competing on Service as a Medical Device Company Medico Innovation and DTU Business invites you to participate in an exclusive three-day executive program on servitization, taught by three of the worlds leading experts on the topic. Nov 19 – Nov 21, 2014 from 8.30 to 16.30 at DTU Executive School of Business, Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark For three days we will bring some of the managers and executives who will shape the Danish medical device sector of tomorrow together with leading experts on service, to explore and provide perspectives on how medical device companies can gain competitive advantage from focusing on service. Each day will provide a specific perspective on the servitization challenge: Day 1: How does servitization change our perspective on corporate strategy? This day will be taught by professor Roger Hallowell, HEC. Day 2: How does servitization change the way we do operations management in our company? This day will be taught by professor James Teboul, INSEAD Day 3: How does servitization change the way we design our offering? This day will be taught by professor Simon Clatworthy, AHO. Participation is free of charge, however you will be asked to register the time you spend on the program according to the guidance for EU supported activities.
