with a track record of learning.

“Infection” agent – some people have the innate passion to get others on

the bandwagon. Get ‘em on board.

Apologizer – Customer loyalty-building after a service screw-up begins with “I’m

sorry”. Find people who are ok with saying it.

Human being “lover” – Creating WOW! For customers requires serving

people in amazing ways. Look for people who are born to serve others.

High pain tolerant – greatness comes with pain along the way; you need

people with tough skin.

Successful failure – success = doing a lot of imperfect stuff FAST! Failure along the way is a neccesity.
