Recent… use examples that are recent, less than five years old unless you really need to go back in time…. Are you the same person that you were 15 years ago? have you not acquired skills and expertise? RECENT is good

Relevant… use examples that the interviewers will like, ones they will understand and will think.. ‘yeah I want some of that…..’
