it’s easy for customers to lose themselves in this cozy shop that carries a little bit of

everything.

Owner Michele Henrey and managers Heidi Canda and Karrie Polinski merchandise by

color, creating vignettes of candles, women’s accessories, and stationery in various

hues. With football season starting up again, these ladies recently created a window

display featuring gifts in blue and green—a nod to the Seattle Seahawks.

With so many items to choose from, from either their Gig Harbor or Port Townsend

store locations, they’re quick to recommend Compendium products to indecisive

shoppers looking for the right gift. As Karrie explains, “Sometimes accessories can be

hard for someone to purchase for someone else, because they might not know what
