• To be completed every six months for active criminal court and family court adult supervision cases,

• To be completed every 12 months for administrative cases (probationers who are otherwise unavailable for active supervision).

• However, eight counties recorded few or no Case Reviews/Reclassifications completed during the 2nd quarter of 2012.

• COMPAS 8 will include a revised Pre-Trial Release Scale Set– Developed by Northpointe based on continued

research, and consultation with DCJS research and program personnel,

– Comprised of 14 questions,

– Predictive ability of this new scale will need to be evaluated in New York. 22
