To expand its overall value proposition within the global market, Fabtech has expanded its manufacturing facilities in the region to over 330,000 m2, including 80,000 m2 of enclosed shops. In a major augmentation of its Pressure Vessel products offering, Dished End manufacturing capability has been increased to provide dimensional capabilities from 1 to 8 meters in diameter and thicknesses of 6 to 80 mm.

Fabtech’s Plate Rolling machine has the capability to roll plate up to 5

meters wide and 200 mm thick. This world-class equipment capability opens the door for Fabtech’s participation in process and storage requirements not only in traditional industries but in emerging energy related technologies as well.

Pressure Vessels

Fabtech’s Pressure Vessel division is adept in developing complete fabrication drawings for skid modules from the basic P&ID’s/PFD’s diagram. The vessels are designed in accordance with design standards like PD 5500-AD-Merkblatter, ASME and a library of all international relevant codes. Fabtech also has the experience, equipment and capability to repair pressure vessels/equipment to ASME/National Board requirements. We also offer consultancy services for recerti�cation of various pressure equipments.

Specialized& Heavy

Engineering

Projects undertaken are normally of a full turnkey nature. A team of well experienced Engineers specialized in various �elds engage right from the very beginning of the project for planning, plant layout, designing, site inspection etc. Catering to customers with speci�c requirement, which needs customized approach.

Oil & Gas Division

Fabtech’s prime capability is in building and repairing Land Drilling Rigs, the largest Unit built to date is a 3,000 HP Rig, completed in 4 months from drawing board to load-out. It included 8 Tank Mud Systems, 49 Type Box Base substructures and a complete generator system, all equipment had API 4F Certi�cation.

Fabtech has built/refurbished Land Rigs ranging from 1,000 HP to 3,000 HP and has been involved in the Refurbishment of many major off shore Jack Up Rigs. In addition, Fabtech has built Derricks for Jack Ups and Semi-submersible Rigs.

Material Handling

We build Ship Loader and Ship Unloaders of both pneumatic and continuous type (buckets or screw) for any kind of bulk handling material. Grab loaders and Grab Unloaders with complete conveying system from ship to the silo and silo to ship. Stacker reclaimers for bulk handling silos & bulk storage with conveying system. Port container cranes, RTG cranes, Dockside cranes, Gantry cranes are manufactured under license, Screw Conveyors for cement and food industry.

Rolling & Dished Ends

Fabtech dishing facility is well equipped with state of the art equipment and quali�ed technicians. The dishes are made by pressing, followed by a spinning operation. Presently we adopt cold forming for 110mm with provision for hot forming up to 170mm. The machinery is fully automated to achieve the best quality and tolerance limits.

The facility is accredited with ISO 9001, 14001, ASME ‘U’, National board ‘R’ certi�cations. We are also equipped with normalizing/stress relieving, NDE techniques and automated edge preparation to suit client requirements.

The dishes manufactured include crown and petal construction for larger sizes and spheres. Fabtech’s jetty facility is an added advantage for large scale export requirements. Our ongoing expansion includes spinning and �anging facilities up to 8mtr dia x 80mm thickness for various dish pro�les.

Grating Division

Fabtech’s Gratings are fabricated in strict accordance with technical speci�cation and high quality standards governed by our TQS system.
