Short company profileMSA AG ("Machines Systems and Automation units" corporation) was founded with its headquarters based in

Arnstein in 1999. Since then more than 90 professional employments have been established. Relocating the

company to Karlstadt in May 2007 accomodated to our continuous growth.

Huge modules up to 25 tons are produced and mounted at a production area that covers 8000 sqm. Additionally,

we are able to machine units up to a length of 8 m and a height of 3.5 m. High quality stainless steel, diverse

aluminium alloys and structural grade carbon steel are processed with state-of-the-art welding technology. We

attach great importance to apprenticeship in order to qualify junior staff. Depending on our requirements we qualify

industry mechanics, cutting machine operators and design draftsmen.

As MSA AG is a manufacturer of components, modules and systems for supplying the mechanical engineering

industry, one of our specific competences is to deliver high quality products as fast as possible and absolutely on

time. Besides DIN-certifications ISO 9001-2008 we are authenticated as specialist according to DIN EN ISO 3834-2

PED 97/23/EG (AD 2000 HP0) and WhG §19. We also hold certifications in welding procedure qualification (WPQ)

according to EN 288 / HP 2/1 and EN 287.

Welded constructions according to specifications are

The components are mechanically machined and surface
