Nowadays, building owners realized the importance of management plan that can prolong building’s durability and enhance the value of property. The company pays attention to every step of project development, therefore we divide our service into two steps. First Step Consultancy:
The company will participate in the project development from the beginning to the end in examining and consulting for various systems in the building in order to meet efficient management. Second Step Management:
The company offers service after building is completely built, we will oversee and help manage the buildings to increase the value and longevity.

In order to make your property the most beneficial, management plan must start at the very beginning. Our company offers the following consultancy: -
Identify We analyze the information into parts and evaluate how the information should specifically be handled.
Targeting Problem Our team will analyze the anticipated problems, especially during the design process of the project in order to prevent or solve the problems which will reduce the project cost.

On Going Management The company is responsible for daily operation which is closely supervised by our staffs. There
are three parts: 1. Building Management Services 2. Financial Services 3. Organization and Staffing
Building Management Services These are the plans for daily operation
1.1. Maintenance and Repairs We emphasize on building maintenance in order to extend the value and long lasting
use of the building. The company addresses the plans for maintenance in short, medium and long term, both to prevent and to repair by company’s team and subcontractor (according to each equipment)
1.2. Engineering Services We aim to manage the building with the lowest cost. Our experienced engineering staffs are experts in energy consuming analysis in buildings.
1.3. Improvements During operation, the building management team will compile the report to conclude work and suggest ideas for building owners or co-owners for equipment change or any other improvement in order to enhance the quality of the building.
1.4. Cleaning The company will prepare and take part in choosing efficient cleaning staffs to ensure their service since their performance reflects the building management proficiency.

1.5. Insurance Insurance is a necessity for building management. The company will provide details and conditions from the insurance companies, compare and make a suggestion for the building owner or co-owners. Our service includes coordinating with selected company.
1.6. Enforcement of House Rules The company will always evaluate the rules and regulations of the buildings, advise and negotiate any problems according to the building regulations.
1.7. Fitting - Out Guide Any improvement or decoration by the owners or their partners will be coordinated and supervised by our company and building staff to be subjected to building rules, regulations and safety policy.
1.8. Monthly Report The staffs are in charge of reporting and concluding all aspects of asset management to the owners, such as, budget and accounting, obstruction or problems. Moreover we always arrange the meeting with the landlords and their partners to consider any subjects involving management.
1.9. Statutory Negotiation Our company and building staffs are responsible for contacting the state affairs, such as local officials, land department, electricity or waterworks authority, local police, etc.
1.10. Security and Safety The company will provide or participate in choosing security staffs for the buildings, supervise their performance, management, and agreement including equipment for their operation.
1.11. Car Park Control We will give advice for car park controlling and traffic management in the buildings.
Financial Services Accounting and financial system will be operated by computer program which developed by our staff to ensure accuracy.

2.1. Forecasting and Budgets The company provides operation budgets to present to landlords or co-owners including manages the expenses in accordance with the approved budget.
2.2. Collection of Rental, Facilities and Utility Recovery The company will be responsible for collecting rent and managing legally set up fund.
2.3. Financial & Accounting Report We will submit monthly report to the landlord. Organization and Staffing There are two sections.
3.1. Management Supervision The operation leader will supervise and give suggestion to keep standard of the company management and to make the most benefit for the owners who rely on our services.
Team support The Company provides engineers to examine buildings for long term maintaining plans, besides we offer training courses for service staff to make them work efficiently.
3.2. On Site Management On Site Management team will be provided in each building to facilitate and be ready for any emergency.
