We would like to introduce ourselves as a comprehensive construction

company in the United Arab Emirates, primarily focussed on providing site

services in areas of Civil works, site fabrication works & erection for steel

structures and equipments. Our services include various kinds of piping

works, installation of Electrical & Instrumentation systems.

The promoter of the company has over 25 years of experience in project

management in India, South East Asia and the UAE. He has executed

projects in India, South-east Asia and the Gulf region in the following

segments:

Mining (Crushing, Screening and Material Handling)

Pulp and Paper (Wood processing thru to paper manufacturing and

packing)

Power Plants ( Coal Fired and Soda Recovery Boilers)

Introduction

Sigma Electromechanical Contracting L.L.C (Sigma EMC) is registered in

the emirates of Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah, U.A.E.

Sigma Building Projects contracting L.L.C (Civil Works Company) is

registered in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

The objective of the company is to provide quality construction services at

affordable cost to all our Clients. We have a team of qualified and

committed engineers, technicians and support staff to cater to Project

management and construction services.

We offer complete construction solutions to our customers which

includes carrying out detailed engineering, procurement and

construction.

For detail engineering we tie-up up with capable and established

engineering service providers in the UAE & India.

The company started operations during the year 2012 and has since

successfully completed major projects in the UAE in addition to services

provided to various clients during planned plant shut downs.

Environment Health Safety (EHS) Policy

At Sigma EMC Environment, Health & Safety is given the highest priority.

We envision a culture that will lead to an injury free work place and

empower our employees to strive to make continuous improvement in

safe work practices. This will thereby create value to the company and

our clients.

Our EHS policy emphasizes on the fact that the responsibility for safety

rests with the line management and its determination to implement the

policy in letter and spirit.

The company senior management provides strong, visible EHS leadership

& commitment and ensures that this commitment is translated into

necessary recourses to develop, operate and maintain the company's EHS

plan, proceedures and to attain the HSE objectives.

"Tool box meetings" are conducted on a daily basis on site during which

and EHS requirements for the day's tasks are explained to all the team

members.

The work methods, rigging plans etc are reviewed and finalised in

consultation with the EHS team leader.

The established EHS management system is in line with safety regulations,

legislation, contract provisions, relevant codes and standards.

Quality & Environment Policy

The Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) department of Sigma

Electro-Mechanical Contracting L.L.C is responsible for designing,

developing, implementing, measuring and continually improving the

performance of QHSE Management System through which customer

satisfaction, improved business, improved employee morale,

environmental protection and safe work place is achieved.

The Management is committed to a policy of continual improvement,

prevention of any accidents/incidents, preventing any occupational ill

health and protecting the environment in the performance of our services

in construction of Electro-Mechanical projects.

Objectives/Key performance indicators (KPIs) in line with Quality, Health,

Safety and Environment requirements are established within the

organisation and all efforts are taken to achieve the same. The top

Management views these objectives/KPI’s at planned intervals.
